Chapter 232 - Too Casual

Once Tanaga finished with his rant and had given his warning to Hanawa, the couple went around in all the departments to let them know that they're in there. 

Everyone was busy trying to finish their task so they could all go home. Therefore, they only acknowledge them then all went back to what they were doing. The last department they headed was the Marine department. 

Tanaga had a conversation with Mikito to informed him of what he plans to do for all the employees for Christmas. "So, I'll leave it to you to inform all the employees except in the accounting department since I've already spoken to Genera Manager Hoshi. Can I count on you on this one?" Asked Tanaga seriously.

"Yes, of course, CEO Jones! Right away, I will release a memo and email it to all of them." Promised Mikito while standing in front of Tanaga like a soldier.

"All right then! I'll leave it to your care, we're going to head home now to prepare. I will see you later!" Said Tanaga while he also bid goodbye to his other superintendent before taking Ashley's hand and ushered her out of the Marine Department heading home.

A couple of hours later, "Sato! Is everything ready? Make sure that we're not coming short. It needed to be complete or even add an excess on it, rather than a shortage." Tanaga said while sitting on the sofa, waiting for his wife to finish her final touch on her make up.

A moment later, Ashley steps out of their room with simple attire, not too flashy. She picks the most straightforward dress she found in their dressing room. Little did she know that a famous designer in the world had designed her dress, just because it is simple… 

She intended to put a simple dress so that it won't shine in front of their employee. The only thing shining was the ring that's in her hand, because Tanaga was adamant that she do not take it off. 

"Hmm, is this young woman my wife? What a sight to behold, I love it!" Banters Tanaga as he gazed at his wife hungrily.

"Look who's talking, even though you weren't dressed to the nines... You will still overshadow all the men in the party tonight." Said Ashley with a smile on her lips as she approaches her husband.

Tanaga wore the clothes they bought at the Galleria Mall. He also does not want their employee to be speechless while interacting with them at the Christmas party. He wanted it to be casual and not a business one.

When Tiny, Sato, and Arthur arrived wearing their posh attires. Their eyes bulged out of the socket seeing the couple wore simple attire. They stopped and wished to go back to change into simple attires.

Unfortunately, it was too late for Ashley and Tanaga has seen them as they turned around ready to head back. Thus prevented them from going back to their room.

"Wait, wait for a darn minute! Where do you all three think you're going? Let's go! They might already arrive at the venue," Barked Tanaga as he took a hold of his wife's hand and ushered her out of the door without looking back if any of them followed.

The trio has no choice but the follow the couple. Tiny was quick to pass the couple so he could open the door for them. Meanwhile, right behind them were Arthur and Sato busy contemplating how to maneuver the situations.

"Gosh, I don't think it would look right that our bosses wear casual clothing while we were suits. Hahaha!" Whispered Arthur to Sato who's baffled if he'll continue to follow the couple or will go back to his room to change first. 

Just as they were about to board the vehicle, Sato excused himself. "Sir Jones, Ma'am Ashley! I apologize but my stomach is hurting. Please go ahead, and I will just take Uber and follow!" He didn't wait for the couple to reply, he ran back to the house as quick as he could so he could change his clothes.

"Hahaha! Sato was smart. He didn't wait for us to answer before he immediately runs. He's afraid you will say no. Hahaha!" Ashley teased her husband, who is frowning because of what his secretary had done. 

Tiny also wants to do the same thing as Sato did. Unfortunately, he can't just leave his two bosses unguarded while outside the house. He has no choice but to drive to the hotel where the Christmas party will be held.

With a heavy heart, Tiny starts the engine until, "Wait!" Arthur exclaims while he quickly opened the door and rushed back to the house without saying making any excuses.

The couples looked at each other before, "Hahaha! Hahaha!" They laugh out loud seeing what had just happened. While the couple was busy laughing and waiting for Arthur to come back.  Tanaga saw that Tiny was fidgeting.

"Tiny, If you also wanted to change, go ahead! Don't worry about us, we are safe here. Go! Before I changed my mind." Tanaga said while there's a broad smile on his lips. 

Tiny immediately turned off the engine and gave the key to Tanaga." Thank you, sir! Please lock the door while I'm away." Tiny said And rushed back like death was chasing him to change into simple clothes like his two bosses.

In just a few moments, the three came back wearing casual attire just like Tanaga's. A pair of Ralph Lauren pants and Long sleeve shirt, no tie, and loafers.  They came out looking like a model from GQ magazine.

Ashley couldn't help herself and took a picture of the three as they approach the vehicle. "I want' this for a souvenir, something I could use for blackmail in the future." Explains Ashley to her husband who had a scowl on his face when he saw his wife taking pictures of another the trio.

Fifteen minutes later, they arrived at the venue where the Christmas party will be held. Not long after they had descended from the vehicle, Mikito and his family also arrived. 

Ashley and Tanaga were still standing by the car when Mikito saw them and he immediately approaches them with his family dressed up to the nines.

Mikito in his suits, while his Japanese wife wore an evening dress. Their two children, a ten years old son and twelve years old daughter were also dressed the same. They all look immaculate, and Ashley felt bad for Tanaga who was wearing casual to make her happy.

The group of five suddenly look at each other and simultaneously gazed at their attire. Tanaga was the first one to laugh out loud, next was Ashley… before the trio also laughed.

"Hahaha, hahaha! Hahaha!" 

"Oh, my God! This is nuts! I swear, I could never ever forget this ever happened to us!" Sato exclaimed a bit loud.

Arthur immediately elbowed Sato, while Tiny stomping his foot on Sato's. Meanwhile, Ashley pinched Sato's Flank while Tanaga was shooting daggers at him… 

"Good Evening, CEO Jones! Ma'am Ashley, Mr. Sato, Mr. Tiny! And… You too, sir!" Mikito greets them while bowed to five respect and then he introduces his family.

Mikito's wife and children bow as the sign of greetings after they heard that Mikito's CEO was in front of them.

However, while they were paying their respect... They were secretly checking them out from head to toe, then smirked.
