Chapter 238 - Destroying The Evidence

Manager Hoshi and Superintendent Mikito were chatting as they saunter towards the building. Suddenly, two limousines stopped right in front of the building… 

Superintendent Mikito and Manager Hoshi stopped at the threshold of the door. They turned around and looked at the limousine that arrived, thus preventing them from entering the building.

"Who are they?" They both said in unison while looking at each other. 

The driver of the limousine came out and run towards the back at the passenger side to open the door. President Hanada came out looking all high and might. One by one, the directors of THJ Group that came with him also stepped out of the car.

Superintendent Mikito and Manager Hoshi quickly approached the vehicle to pay their respect to President Hanada.

"Welcome, President Hanada! Belated Merry Christmas!" Superintendent Mikito said while Manager Hoshi follows while they're still bowing

"Hmph!" That was just the answer they got and walk straight to the building while he is being followed by the directors that didn't even greet them. 

When they all entered inside, superintendent Mikito and Manager Hoshi were planning to follow to know where they will go. The stopped when they heard president Takashi's voice that comes off out on another car. 

"Ha! Let's see if what that young snot CEO can do now that president Hanada is here. Hahaha! He thought he could fire me just like that. He has another thing coming." Boasted President Takashi to the two standing by the door and didn't get a chance to greet him. 

They arrived, hearing president Hanada yelling. "What do you mean that I can't use the office of the president? Open this right now if you don't want to get fired!" President Handa said in an Outburst Anger

Hanawa was still bowing and looking at her feet and answered while her voice was shaking and like going to cry. "But, I don't have the key. CEO Jones didn't leave it to me when he goes out earlier just now

"Just now? Where did he go?" This time, he's a bit calm and also his voice. He likes what he heard that Tanaga was not here, and he can clean out the records more accessible.

"I don't know, he didn't tell me, he just leaves," Hanawa said while still her back is bent down and wants to stand straight because it's aching. 

"Stand straight, and I can't understand what you're saying." President Hanada sneered. 

Hanawa quickly stands straight while still looking at her feet and not on President Hanada." What I said is… I don't know where they go. I know is that he prohibited from opening the office even the whole building is going to collapse. That's what he ordered. 

"This is the ridiculous thing I've ever heard, What's inside that office that can't be seen by others?" President Hanada suddenly worries. It was evident on his face that he quickly turns around and goes out of the office.

The time was just right because president Takahashi is going inside that is followed by Mikito and Hoshi.

"President Hanada, why are you frowning? Is there a problem?" President Takashi asked why they are still in the receiving area and not inside the office. 

He quickly took out a key in his pocket and come to the locked door, and then he put his key. But whatever he does, it doesn't fit. 

He looks at his secretary, "What is the meaning of this? Why is my key doesn't fit? Answer me!" He is screaming while asking with fury eyes. 

"Forget it! Let's go to the meeting room, and you should call someone who can open that door now!" President Hanada said to President Takashi that he ordered while coming out of the office 

"Yes, sir! I'll immediately call someone now, sir!" President Takashi quickly responds while looking at Hanawa to call a locksmith. 

After president Hanada and the directors leave, President Takashi faced Hanawa. "What are you waiting for? Call a locksmith now!" He loudly said, while his eyes still show anger. 

When Hanawa still doesn't move to follow his order." Ah! So, you don't respect me now as your boss? Is that right? Why did that CEO tell you that I'll come back to Japan? Hahaha! Hahaha! That's what he thought, cause it will never happen." President Takashi said, but no one was listening to him. 

When he noticed that Hanawa didn't listen to him, he looked around if Mikito and Hoshi were still there to give them the order. 

Unfortunately, Hoshi and Mikito moved fast that was watching on what's happening; they go back to their department to avoid being ordered.

President Takashi left with no choice but to call a locksmith personally. After that, he comes to the meeting room, where he saw angry people. After all, they think that the president's office was locked because all of the evidence of their corruption was there. 

"It's good that you're here. Have you opened it? We need to open your office because, for sure, it was full of evidence. Quickly open it before he comes back." He angrily said to President Takashi. 

"Don't worry, President Hanada I already called a locksmith. He just finishing a job elsewhere and he should be here in about thirty minutes. Don't worry, president Hanada, before CEO Jones comes back, all the pieces of evidence will be gone inside that office. 

He confidently said, but it was evident that he's nervous because of the beads of sweat falling on his forehead, while the air-conditioning was blasting cold air in the meeting room.

"Make sure you destroy all of it, do not let one sheet of paper intact. If not, you will be the one I'll shred to piece and destroy." President Hanada threatened him while his shooting daggers at President Takashi.

Their face lit up when they heard that the locksmith has arrived. They all quickly stand up to come back to the president's office, where the locksmith is waiting to open the door…
