Chapter 262 - Do Your Job And You In!

Butler Ruffy brought the two girls to the break room for an in-depth talk. He didn't know the two since it was their first day working in the THJ hotel and casino as an OJT. He decided to talk to them to see if they could be trusted or not.

"What are your names?" Butler Ruffy asked in a gentle voice.

"I'm Gemma del Rosario," quickly answered one of them.

"I'm Linda Morales," answered the second.

"Do you want to work at the THJ hotel and casino after you graduate?"

"Yes, of course!" the two answered simultaneously, with a simple smile on their faces.

"Why do you want to work at this company? Why not in other bigger hotels here in the country?" Butler Ruffy asked firmly.

The two explained each other's reasons, which Butler Ruffy had taken a liking to. He then decided to make sure that they would learn proper etiquette as an employee of the THJ hotel and casino.

"All right! If Madam Ashley has taken a liking to you, I promise you that after you both graduate, you will have work waiting for you here. 

"However, if Madam Ashley doesn't like you, this might be your first and last day. Do you understand?"

"Yes!" the two eagerly shouted.

"All right, that's all then. This is the first and most important rule – remember you two, if you don't want to get sent home, while you are working and servicing Ma'am Ashley and her family, you are blind, mute and deaf! Do you understand what I am saying?" Butler threatened the two girls.

The two quickly answered without thinking, "Yes! Blind, mute, and deaf! We understand!" They both promptly glanced at each other because of the comical answer.

"Good. You should return back there now and help Inday. Another thing, everything that Inday says is an order, and you both must follow. Okay?" The two nodded and then stood up to leave.

Linda and Gemma were more than glad at what they heard. They could not believe that they would be lucky enough to be chosen and assigned to serve the sister of the General Manager of the hotel. 

Their school sent one hundred students to OJT at THJ Hotel and Casino. They were sent to various departments around the hotel. Gemma and Linda were lucky to be chosen to work under Ashley.

That's why they had such a big smile and were so happy when they returned to the living room. There, they waited for further orders from Inday…

They didn't know the time would come when they found out that Ashley was not only the sister of the General Manager of the hotel but also the owner's wife. 

In the future to come, they would be part of Ashley and her child's life.

Right after that, Butler Ruffy arrived in the living room, where the Gusman family was busy chatting. Tiny soon returned after checking the whole floor and the surveillance camera.

The reason Tiny checked the surveillance camera was to be sure if his guess was right. He wanted to know if the person called Ashley while entering the elevator, was COO Koji Hanada. 

The person who called her was quite far and was blocked by layers of the bodyguards who were accompanying them. Because of that, he couldn't see the face of the person properly.

However, after he checked the footage, he was confident that COO Koji Hanada was the one called Ashley. He quickly returned to the penthouse to inform Ashley about his findings.

The whole family of Ashley was having a serious conversation while Butler Ruffy was talking to Mr. Gusman. 

Tiny decided to approach Butler Ruffy and Mr. Gusman first, to inform them of his conclusion.

"What? COO Koji Hanada is here, and he saw Ma'am Ashley?" Butler Ruffy asked while his eyes widened, full of anxiety.

"Who is this COO Koji Hanada, and why are you worried?" Mr. Gusman asked as he couldn't understand why Tiny and Butler Ruffy were worried that he saw Ashley.

Instead of answering Mr. Gusman's question, he decided to gather everyone so that Ashley could also know - Tiny was the first to approach Ashley.

"Ma'sm Ashley, excuse me! I have something important to report to you. Is that okay?" Tiny respectfully asked his boss. 

Everyone stopped the conversation when they heard what Tiny said and waited what he has to say.

"Mom, elder brothers, wait a minute. It seems really important," Ashley said before turning her attention to Tiny.

"Sure! Is it private, or can my whole family also hear?" Asked Mrs. Gusman.

Ashley was obviously nervous, from the tone of her shaking voice. Mrs. Gusman held the hand of her daughter and rubbed it to soothe her.

"It would be better if your whole family knows too, so I will say it here," Tiny declared while standing like a military man.

"Is that so… sit down then. It would be hard to talk if I need to lookup. I don't want my neck to be broken, you know," Ashley jokingly remarked, with a slight smile on her face.

Tiny didn't waste time and sat down before telling his boss what he had found out…

"Ma'am Ashley, do you remember that voice who called you when we got into the elevator? I found out who it is, and I am worried about it since we might have a problem." He breathed deeply and stopped temporarily.

As Tiny's face had become serious while talking, everyone felt nervous and held in their breaths, waiting for Tiny to finish explaining.

When Tiny didn't continue talking, the elder brothers of the Gusman family interrupted simultaneously.

"Bro, what else? Do you want my sister to get a heart attack?" Arman shouted.

"Mr. Tiny, spit it out! You are making us nervous!" Arthur exclaimed.

"Who is it?" Ariel added.

"Shh! Why are you guys like this? Let him finish what he is saying. Be silent, guys!" Mother Fely scolded her sons.

Ashley also interfered so that Tiny could finish what he was saying.

"Mr. Tiny, it's all right! You can continue, even though I'm starting to feel nervous!" Ashley uttered with a forced smile. One could see the pain in her eyes...
