Chapter 346 - Missing You A Thousand Times...

The day of their separation has come. Tanaga is going to Europe to fix the problem at one of their hotels while Ashley is with the whole family going to Florida for a convention. 

Although Tanaga was upset, he could not do anything because it was vital for him to go to Europe. He could not send Koji because he came from there already and did his best. This is the last stage of negotiations, and he has to deal with the country's top officials. 

"I have arranged an extra bodyguard for you and the kids. We are not sure that you are safe there. Grandma has her own bodyguards, so I'm not worried ... Do you understand?" Tanaga whispered to his wife as he hugged her and almost refused to let go.

Ashley, with tears in her eyes and almost did not want to let go of her husband, "I know ... I know we need to be careful. The people who tried to kill us back then are still not caught? I thought everyone was caught? " Ashley complained as her face sank into Tanaga's chest.

Tanaga gently stroked Ashley's hair as he inhaled its scent. Suddenly a flashback came to his mind the day they met at the airport. The day Ashley left her Cellphone... 'Cellphone? Oh shit ... As Tanaga promised before he flew to Europe. They first took Ashley and her group to Florida. He almost did not want to leave, but because it was necessary, he will have to do with a sad farewell before the plane flew again to go to Europe.

When the group arrives in Florida, the group first check-in at the Resort where they will be staying all week while Ashley, Celia, Sato, and Fumika will attend the convention.

In order not to make it difficult for the group to go to the theme parks, they decided to stay at a five-star resort in downtown Orlando instead of the house owned by Grandma Hanada, which is located on the outskirts of Orlando.

Grandma Hanada and Ashley with the twins will be staying in the Penthouse while everyone else would be occupying the rooms on the same floor. Since their goal is to vacation in Orlando, Grandma Hanada had made sure that they are fully equipped to take care of their needs.

Butler Ruffy has a Personal Chef and a personal maid to take care of them so that Inday and Mrs. Gusman could enjoy themselves.

Mrs. Gusman did not refuse, and Inday is even happier because she has free time to spend with the twins with the help of the nurse Juanita.

Once everything was settled, Ashley's group left to go to the convention center, while the others planned to relax by the swimming pool and cool off.

The convention center is also in downtown Orlando and not far from where they are staying. There is a service van from the Resort that will take the attendees to the convention, and when Ashley and her group were ready to ride ... Tiny stopped them.

"Ma'am Ashley, we have our own service. You do not have to take the service of the convention center, and the service van is parked over there." At the same time, Tiny helped and guided Ashley to where the service van was parked and waiting for them.

There were six bodyguards with Tiny two in front of them, while two in the back and one on each side of Ashley's group. This made Ashley frown at Tiny. With a raised brow, she asked him a question?

"What is this? Did your sir Jones order it to you? It's fine, but couldn't you had dress the bodyguards in plain clothes? They are too obvious, and they were making me look like such an important person who needed protection." Ashley complained almost in a hurry to get inside their service van.

Tiny just smiled before making sure Ashley was safe inside the service van. He whispered something to one of the bodyguards before waving to Ashley and went back inside the Resort to watch over her charge... The twins.

Sato and Fumika were both excited like children sitting inside a service van while chatting nonstop.

Celia, on the other hand, sat down next to Ashley, so she could brief her on what to do when she arrived at the convention. Shortly afterward, they left with the six bodyguards sent by Tanaga to protect Ashley, and there was nothing she could do but accept the fact.

When Ashley and her group arrived at the convention, they went straight to their booth to make sure it was set up correctly. Some of their employees were from Tampa, Florida, was already there and ready. When they saw the ID that Ashley was wearing, they quickly greeted and paid tribute to their President.

"Good morning President Jones!" The employees greeted Ashley almost at the same time.

"Good morning to all of you as well!" Ashley replied before she introduced Celia, Sato, and Fumika. She then toured inside their booth to see what promotional items were there and make sure they were complete with the brochures they would be handing out. 

When Ashley made sure everything was in order, she decided to go around the various booths there so she could see what was going on and who the other company was. This is one of the things she has to do as President of the company and representative of the THJ Marine group division. 

They had seen several booths already and was on the way to another one when she suddenly hears as if someone is calling her name ... Ashley turned around and when she saw whose voice she heard ... Suddenly her eyes widened and her brows risen... when she saw it was...

I apologize for being hit by the COVID and not able to update. But because God knows I still have a purpose in this world, so I have not been taken yet. I have not fully recovered yet, but I feel a little better now.
