Chapter 360 - Bringing Tanaga To America...

When Ashley realized that the elevator door was about to close... She quickly pushed to the down button, and it opened once again. She glared at Tiny for a second, her eyes asking why? She didn't get any response from Tiny.

Tiny and Ashley went inside without saying a word to one another. The inside of the elevator was quite eerie as it traveled down. Ashley's mind was so far away; she was in deep thought. Meanwhile, Tiny was just staring straight ahead and like a stump standing on Ashley's side.

The number of each floor lit up as they passed by when they were halfway down... Tiny decided to break the silence. When he was about to say something, the elevator suddenly stopped, and some people entered. He could not continue what he was about to say and decided to wait later. He better wait for what butler Ruffy has to say to them.

Tiny and Ashley saw everyone were all praying fervently when they came to the chapel. Ashley decided to kneel first and pray for her husband and grandma Hanada. Moments later, she stood up as everyone saw her. One by one, everyone stood up and followed Ashley out of the chapel.

Ashley was standing by the door as tears dripped down her face, and she looked away. When Jessie and Fely got closer, Ashley quickly hugged the two and cried a lot because she could no longer control the fear and chest pain ...

Tiny quickly pulled butler Ruffy to the side and informed him of what happened to Tanaga in Europe. He knows that only butler Ruffy could make a sound decision at the moment.

"Uncle, what do you think we need to do? Ma'am wants to leave and go to Sir Jones, but she is also thinking of the chairwoman in the operating room now. What are we going to do, uncle?" Tiny asked thoughtfully.

The two did not know that Sato, Fumika, Arnold, and Arnel were listening to their conversation. That's why Sato suddenly screams in shock... Everyone stared at him while their eyes widened in surprise.

"MY GOD !!!! THIS IS CRAZY !!!!" At once, he covered his mouth, he was embarrassed when he shouted in the hallway outside the chapel. He could only looked down on his feet and apologize.

"I'm sorry ... I won't do it again." Sato said while still not looking.

"I guess we'd better go to the cafeteria and have a cup of hot coffee. We also need to talk about what ma'am Ashley should do." Butler Ruffy suggested to everyone, and no one objected. Instead, everyone had followed with their head down ...

Once they were all seated inside the cafeteria, they discussed what needed to be done. Instead of Ashley flying to Europe, which will take time. They will bring back Tanaga to America and have his Doctor here attend to him.

Therefore, Ashley would be able to stay and wait for the outcome of the older woman's surgery. Once that was all settled, they all got up and headed back to the operating room waiting area.

As they sit and wait outside the operating room, Tiny's phone vibrates once again. He quickly excused himself to step out of hearing from everyone. He's afraid that the phone call might be bearing bad news and he doesn't want anyone hearing. Once his a distance away out of hearing, he quickly slides his middle finger on the screen of his phone. 

"Speak! What's going on? Tell me that everything is fine and I have nothing to worry about." Tiny bombarded Raul with a question without greeting him first. He has no time for customary greetings; he needs only the answer.

"Sir, Tiny... As per your instructions, we will be bringing Sir Jones back to America. However, we have a problem. His mother and twin brother want to come along on the plane, and I want to ask your permission? What should I do?" Raul nervously asked Tiny. He cannot make a decision for such trivial matters.

"Hmmm, wait a moment. Let me ask ma'am Ashley for her opinion. Just a second." He walked towards Ashley as fast as he could, before handing her the cellphone. "Ma'am, it's Raul. He has an urgent situation that needs your decision." Tiny said as he gave the phone to Ashley.

Everyone heard what Tiny said and looked at them with curiosity. But none said anything, they only watched as Ashley walked a little further away, and they couldn't hear her conversation with Raul.

While Ashley was speaking with Raul, the 'Operation in Progress' light switched off. The door opened, and the Doctor walked out. 

Just in time that Ashley looked, and she quickly finished her conversation with Raul so she could find out the result of the operation. Ashley ran over anxiously.

"Doctor, how was the chairwoman doing? Please, tell me that the operation is successful?" Tears began to fall from her face as she anxiously waited for the Doctor's reply.

The Doctor shook his head and with a grave smile on his face... " The operation is successful, however... She's too old and frail. Therefore, she will need to be watched 24/7, and we will not know for sure if she would make it. I'm sorry to be the one bearing the bad news." The Doctor then bowed before leaving in a hurry.

When Ashley heard what the Doctor said, her knees gave in, and she was about to fall on the ground. Luckily her brother Arnel was next to her and catches her in one move.

"Whoa! Watch it! Come... come and sit down first. At least she's safe for now, and the operation was a success. Let's all pray that she makes it out of the danger zone. Alright!"

Not one person has a dried eye once they heard what the Doctor said. Harumi was the worst of them all. She was at first calm and serene, but when she heard that her long time boss and friend might not make it, she began to feel dizzy, and soon enough, she lost it and passed out... 

Luckily, Jessie has smelling salt with him put it under Harumi's nose and She came to her senses right away. In time to see grandma Hanada being wheeled out of the operating room towards the ICU where they would monitor her for the next 24 hours...
