Mrs. Garcia was in the studio with the trainees when they arrived. Her secretary remembered when they had previously dropped Mrs. Garcia to work earlier this morning, so she didn't hesitate to let them inside the office and let them wait for Mrs. Garcia there.
"Please, come and sit down. I'll go and inform the chairwoman of your arrival," invited the secretary as she opened the door for the three of them.
Sato's eyes widened in shock and admiration when he saw the office's interior. Instead of sitting down, he headed to the awards cabinet, where all of Mrs. Garcia's awards were held and displayed.
"Oh my god! Am I seeing what I think I'm seeing? This is too much. Too much, I tell you. I'm pretty sure I'm in heaven. I can't believe it. It's really her!" He exclaimed, trying to resist the urge of frantically jumping up and down instead of rushing to the sofa where Tanaga and Ashley were already seated. The two lovebirds were enjoying themselves by watching Sato fangirl over Mrs. Garcia.
"Mrs. Jones, thank you so much! You are an angel sent from heaven! I have dreamed of meeting her in person, and now I can finally do it! And I might even be able to speak to her! This is the best day of my life!" He said, wiping the tears that had dripped down his face. He did his best to cover his face and hide it from Tanaga, but it was simply too late.
"Sato, brace yourself; make sure not to embarrass us in front of someone as important as her. Remember, you're here as Ashley's assistant, and her assistant only," he said coldly, glaring at his wife's assistant.
Sato bowed, his back bending a perfect ninety degrees.
"I'm sorry, sir! Please, accept my sincerest apology. I let my emotions get the best of me. It won't happen again, sir," he apologized as sweat dripped down his forehead. He had utterly embarrassed himself in front of his boss' husband. Surely he'd get some sort of punishment, well, that's what he expected.
Ashley squeezed Tanaga's shoulder. Tanaga sighed.
"It's fine. Sato just takes it as a reminder and a warning. I suggest you don't bombard Mrs. Garcia with questions when you meet her later on. She's fragile. We wouldn't, correction, don't want to overwhelm her," Tanaga stated.
Neither of the three seemed to have noticed Mrs. Garcia walking in the room and overhearing their conversation. She decided to intervene and see what would happen.
"Who are you calling fragile?" She asked, already in her office.
She continued, "I could still pass as your older sister, you know. Are you calling me an old woman, Tanaga?" ASked Mrs. Garcia, her face as serious as ever.
Tanaga was speechless. He wasn't sure if this was some cruel, sick joke. He looked at his dear wife for help, but she stayed quiet, deciding not to interfere. She averted his gaze, saying nothing.
Mrs. Garcia seemed to have noticed Sato since she asked, "And who might this fellow be? Is this your assistant that'll be staying with us at my home?"
She approached Sato, who had already stood on his two feet, no longer bowing.
Mrs. Garcia introduced herself.
"Hello! I'm Mrs. Garcia, owner of this company, and Tanaga's doctor's wife as well, and you are?"
Sato, eyes still hot with tears, quickly wiped them away before bowing, as a way to hide his tears and as a sign of respect to the much older woman.
"I'm Sato, and it's a pleasure to be here. I've heard much about you, Mrs. Garcia," he said.
Mrs. Garcia smiled warmly.
"No need to bow. You could drop the formalities. Stand up, let me see your charming face," she said.
Sato's face turned a deep scarlet at the mention of 'charming face.' He was stunned. If he hadn't controlled himself, he would've embarrassed himself in front of her, but he had kept Tanaga's warning in mind.
Ashley, also not wanting to embarrass anyone, held back her laughter as she didn't want to embarrass Sato in front of Mrs. Garcia. She decided to change the topic, to break the awkward tension that was currently swarming the room.
"Mrs. Garcia, do you mind if Sato tours the building? He's very interested in fashion, and this is a long time dream of his?" She asked politely.
Mrs. Garcia didn't hesitate to give her an answer. "Of course, I don't! Do you all want to go on a tour with me then? I could introduce you to some of my talents that are still in the training room. We could also stop by the design room and meet some of my designers."
When Sato heard what Mrs. Garcia said, his face turned bright as the sunlight and a wide grin plastered on his face.
"If you all don't mind, I'd rather stay here. I have an important call to make. I need to check on something," Tanaga said as he excused himself, knowing fully well that Sato couldn't act in his proper form if he's around. Knowing that he faked an excuse to let them leave him in the office and not allow his presence to bother Sato.
Ashley knew this, but she didn't want it to seem obvious.
"Are you sure, honey? I can stay with you here and let Sato go with Mrs. Garcia," she offered.
Tanaga shook his head before pulling out his cellphone, already preparing to make the call. This was the sign for them to leave, and they did.
Ashley hooked her arms with Mrs. Garcia, walking right beside her while Sato followed suit.
Tanaga quickly made a call to Koji to find out if he had a chance to check the doc.u.ment sent by Troship Navigation.
It would only be due time that the company his mother owned would soon be his. At least that's what he thought anyway...

Meanwhile, with the time difference of about 4 hours between the Spaniard Kingdom and Houston, Texas, it was already 8:00 p.m.
However, it is unknown to Tanaga that Koji is currently in America, and he thinks that it's 9:00 a.m. in the morning in Japan. Therefore, when Koji answered, and there was noise in the background, he wondered.
Tanaka had invited Koji to stay with him in the condo instead of the hotel. They have a lot of catching up to do, and it's best if they stay together.
Koji did not argue and happily accepted the offer.
After a busy day at the office, Tanaka and Koji decided to stop by a bar to play some pool, drink and relax. They had no idea that Tanaga would be calling. Therefore, when Koji answered the call, he forgot where he was, and Tanaga heard the bar's noise.
"Where are you? What is the noise that I hear in the background? Don't tell me that you're not in the office, instead out somewhere having fun?" Tanaga didn't bother saying hello and went directly to questioning?
"Koji was dumbfounded to hear Tanaga's voice and quickly went out of the bar so he could listen to Tanaga. Once he was outside on the patio, he sat on one of the outside benches and greeted Tanaga.
"Tanaga! How are you, cousin, everything alright with you and cousin-in-law? I'm sorry, I'm out having a drink, and it was noisy inside. So' what was it that you were asking?" He's a little tipsy already, and he forgot the respect that he was supposed to give to Tanaga as his boss.
When Tanaga heard the way Koji was speaking, his words were slurred. He knew that he had one too many drinks already. However, it's day time in Japan; how could he be out drinking at 9:00 a.m. in the morning?
He needs to get to the bottom of this, "President Hanada, please tell me that you're in Japan and not outside the country. Answer me!" He said sternly, and it made Koji cringe a little when he heard Tanaga's angry voice. He quickly sobered up and slapped his face a couple of times.
"I apologize, CEO Jones, unfortunately… I'm currently on a business trip and outside of Japan. If you are calling about the doc.u.ments sent by Troship Navigation, I handled it already.
"We had a video conference with our board and Troship Navigations, and they all agreed to merge with THJ Group. We will be finalizing the contract signing next week when chairwoman Jones flies to Japan." He said proudly, thinking that it's what Tanaga wanted since it's his mother… After All.
