Chapter 411 - Ohani Yamaguchi-3

Koji was speechless, unable to move nor utter a word. It all happened so fast that his mind was completely boggled. 

"What do I do? I need to brief him about this snake of a woman. She's toxic," he muttered bewildered.

When the bodyguards noticed what happened, they knew what they should've done, so they backed down. They stepped aside, turning their attention to the dance floor, pretending they didn't see anything. 

Koji was still stunned by what Ohani did, but he also knew there was nothing he could do but watch and see how Tanaka would react. Many things were clouding his mind, making him unsure of what to do next. 

Tanaka was stunned by the sudden kiss on the lips, causing him to back away while trying to push Ohani as far away from him as possible. Ohani instead clung to him, encircling both her arms around his neck, making her stuck to him. 

"Lady, please restrain yourself. I'm a married man!" He exclaimed after freeing himself from Ohani's clingy grasp. 

Ohani acted surprised before she pouted, trying her best to look upset. 

"So you still haven't got rid of that woman. Hmph. She's not even your real wife. She's just the surrogate mother of your child. You already got what you want, so why are you still keeping her?" She asked. 

Tanaka quickly placed his hand on her mouth before dragging her to the VIP room. 

"What are you talking about? Speak! Where did you hear that she's only with me as the surrogate mother of my heir?" Tanaka asked, distraught after hearing the bombshell Ohani had dropped. He didn't believe it was the truth and that Tanaga only stayed with his now sister-in-law just for the sake of the twins. That couldn't possibly be the truth, and his current priority was to get to the bottom of this.

Before he could do so, Koji quickly intervened, pulling Tanaka away from Ohani and to one of the room's corners so she wouldn't be able to eavesdrop on their conversation.

"Tanaka, calm down. I'll explain everything to you, but we need to get rid of her first. She's bad news, so just stay here. I'll do the talking for you, okay?" Before turning his attention to Ohani, he said who took it upon herself to sit down and pour herself a drink. 

Koji walked towards the sofa, right where Ohani was sitting, before sitting across her. Once he was seated, he crossed his legs before leaning on the back of the couch, his face showing a look of displeasure as his brows were furrowed. He let out a sigh before he finally spoke. 

"Ohani, you know what you had done back then in America. Why are you doing it again? I really can't understand your reasoning behind all this. I don't know what you're expecting to accomplish with what you just said, but let me warn you first. I will not let you get in between the couple, do you understand me?" He said it with a raised voice and was not happy at all.

Ohani took a generous sip of her drink before she replied. Tanaka remained still, standing at the far corner of the room. He didn't want to move and sit close to her, knowing she'd cling to him once more, so he kept his distance. 

"Hmph! Why? I only told the truth. Both you and I know their marriage was arranged and that they only got married so she wouldn't be deported back to the Philippines before she bore him children. Now that she's already given birth, she should just leave and return to where she belongs, which is away from my man. She already fulfilled whatever was in the contract, so she should go," she said before taking another sip and glancing at Tanaka, who was listening closely. 

At those very words, Koji was speechless. His eyes widened in shock as he realized Ohani knew absolutely everything written in the contract. He needed to know how she got a hold of the information in the first place. Also, knowing he needed to do something to shut her up, especially if she decided to let the media know about Tanaga and Ashley's contract, which would damage THJ Group in the process. 

"Ohani, let me ask you this. What is it that you're after? You don't expect that Tanaga would even consider taking you back after what you did in the past. You cheated on him and left him for another man. And when that man threw you away, you hooked up with my younger brother. As if that's not enough, you planned to blackmail Tanaga, making it look like it was him instead of someone else. You have guts acting as if nothing happened in the past," Koji shouted angrily as he fumed and was more than ready to drag her out of the VIP room at any time. Yet, he did it on purpose, shouting loudly enough so Tanaka could've heard every word he spoke. 

And indeed, he heard every word Koji had said, causing him to look at the beautiful woman, wondering how anyone would've thought someone like her was filled with so much venom, not believing that she was capable of everything Koji had just said. 

From the corner of her eye, Ohani noticed how Tanaka was looking at her, loving every moment of it. From the way he was salivating at her mere glance, she knew that it was her perfect chance to get him back, so she uncrossed her legs, making sure he had a glimpse of her thigh as she lifted her legs. 

Koji saw what she did and was disgusted by her doings. Unlike the mesmerized Tanaka, who didn't realize what she was doing, he knew what her intentions were, so when Tanaka slowly made his way towards the sofa and was about to sit down, Koji quickly got up and pulled him away from the VIP room. 

"We need to get out of here, now! She's a venomous snake who cheated on you and left you for another man. Let's go!" He said, loud enough for Ohani to hear before giving Ohani one last death glare before he and Tanaka disappeared from the doorway, leaving Ohani stunned and unable to utter a word.

Tanaka let Koji drag him out of the club, only asking Koji why he did such a thing once they had entered a vehicle. 

"What is the relationship of that woman with Tanaga? Is she an ex-girlfriend who dumped him before? And what is the story that made you so upset? You clearly had something against her while you were talking to her. You were pretty harsh," he said as he asked Koji what was lingering in his mind. 

Koji was contemplating, wondering if he should tell Tanaka everything or the bare minimum, so he knew that Ohani was bad news. He should absolutely never get together with her, no matter what happened.

"We should talk about this some other time. As long as you don't let her near you, you'll be fine. In the meantime, I suggest that you don't return to the mansion or the condominium. I suggest you stay at my place, so she doesn't find out when she comes looking," Koji suggested while he massaged the back of his neck, a headache already brewing. 

Tanaka didn't argue, even though he didn't get the answers to all his questions. 

He'd wait to talk about it, but he needed to know what was going on too. He didn't' want to jeopardize the relationship of his brother and sister-in-law. They were his family, and he'd protect them at all cost.
