#Will Lu Lincheng get divorced today? #Divorce

When the new year came, a Xianxia idol drama became popular. The Chinese cultural district of the Gudong Film and Television Base, which was dedicated to filming Xianxia troupes, was fully-booked, mostly by Xianxia-drama groups, although most of them were small-time web dramas. The latter was hoping to get a piece of the fever before it subsided.

Among them, the fastest group to shoot was the “Under The Moon” filming crew, and they completed the drama in two months. At this time, a lively closing ceremony was held.

“One, two, three, say cheese!”

“Happy closing!”

“Yeah!”

At the location, a red banner displaying “Under The Moon” was hung in front of a slightly shabby palace set with the main cast and crew huddled together to take the final photoshoot.

In the middle, Liang Yan rightfully stood in her place as the female lead of the drama. She wore a white costume that was covered by a long, black coat and held a bouquet of flowers in her arms, smiling brightly at the camera facing her. In fact, even if she stood at the back, she would still be the most recognized person in the group photo among the crowd of people in the cast.

The actress’s snow-white skin shone, and her head to body ratio was superior to the other people around her. Others could easily distinguish who was God’s favorite among these people.

After the group photo was taken, everyone formed small groups in twos and threes to take another series of group photos. The two months of filming was considered short, but many people built friendships during that time. In the entertainment industry, it was paramount to build cooperation and bonds whenever possible, and it didn’t hurt to have more friends either.

Liang Yan gave the flowers to her assistant, Jiang Mu, and then she asked him to take a photo of her and director Zhou Dajiang. After they took the picture, the director looked embarrassed and said to her, “Liang Yan, I’m really sorry about what happened the day before yesterday. The shooting was almost finished but you still had to suffer an accident. I’m really sorry. Do you need to go to the hospital for a check-up?”

When she heard this, Liang Yan touched the back of her head and slightly lowered her head. Then, she looked up again and smiled at Zhou Dajiang. “No need, director Zhou. The doctor already said it was nothing serious.”

“Okay then,” Zhou Dajjang replied.

At this moment, two actors, who were with the group, boldly came over and greeted Zhou Dajiang then asked in a roundabout way if they could take a picture with Liang Yan.

After hearing their request, Liang Yan nodded. “Sure.”

As soon as they heard her agree, they immediately moved beside Liang Yan, one on the left and one on the right. They posed, raising their two fingers for a peace sign while Zhou Dajiang withdrew from the group and gazed at Liang Yan who was surrounded by two actors with a smile on her face. His eyes narrowed.

He had been working in this field for a long time, and this was the first time he had come across an actress who got along with others as well as Liang Yan did.

“Under the Moon ” was a small-time production of an online drama which sounded like a cliche dog-blood, Mary Sue trope the moment you heard the name. No one expected it to make it big. The male lead and other supporting roles were all newcomers who were unknown in the circle, and Liang Yan was the lone famous actress in the group, but she was only a third-tier actress in the industry.

The people in the circle basically know that those who were the most difficult to get along with weren’t the famous, top stars but those who only have a bit of fame like second or third-tier artists. They often loved to act like bigshots and make trouble, especially toward those who had no background. Even the director had to be wary of them.

Zhou Dajiang had a headache when he found out it was Liang Yan playing the female lead because of this particular reason. Also, there was no way the woman who could handle Lu Lincheng and put her name on his registration book was any innocent and kind little white flower.

However, Zhou Dajiang did not expect that after two months of shooting, as the biggest actor in the group, Liang Yan’s performance would simply impress him.She always knew her lines by heart, would bow and apologize to the crew after making mistakes during filming, and would always treat people with kindness, whether it was her or her assistant. When the crew finished late at night, she would invite them out to eat and drink with her own money.

Zhou Dajiang sighed with regret.

Pity bloomed in his heart, and he felt sorry for Liang Yan who was obviously a first-tier actress but was still struggling in the third-tier level. She was still acting in a small-budget web drama with no hopes of making it big. If he didn’t know about the shocking news of Lu Lincheng’s marriage on Weibo two years ago, he would never have believed that Liang Yan was the man’s wife.

This matter was very heart-wrenching. Zhou Dajiang rubbed his chin as he thought about Lu Lincheng. The man was playing it big, landing roles in big production films every time and performing with movie stars one after another while his wife was still acting in an 18th line web drama.

Are they still a couple? Even ordinary friends knew to pull each other’s strings to help a bit, right?

During the two months of shooting with Liang Yan, Lu Lincheng didn’t even send a symbolic flower basket to his wife, not to mention visiting the site from start to finish. It seemed he not only never talked about Liang Yan to the public, but also left her far behind.

No wonder Lu Lincheng had been married for two years but still had a lot of wife and girlfriend fans that male artists would envy. Zhou Dajiang remembered that his daughter was one of those die-hard girlfriend fans of Lu Lincheng. The first thing she did when she woke up every day was to post: #Did Lu Lincheng get divorced today? #Make a card.
