Location: Castle: Room of The Girl's Group][Olivia's POV!]
"Olivia. Wake up! We are being summoned!" Emily's voice woke me up as I looked at her with a glare before turning to the other side and getting into a more comfortable position as I continued my sleep. I was having a nice dream, let's continue-
"OLIVIA!" Samantha shouted as I suddenly jolted out of the bed, standing up straight as I answered without thinking," I am awake mom. I promise I wasn't-"
Though my words halted, as I looked at the rest of the people there looking at me. Emily and Samantha were in their fighting outfit, as they both sighed before looking at others who were awake.
"Why… awaaah… are they calling us this late at night?" Julia, who was still in her shorts, yawned while stretching her arms as she asked the question. Mira, Flare and Tisha were already up and getting ready, as they observed Samantha for answers.
"I think some monster is approaching the city. From the way they were panicking, it seems that the opponent is strong," Samantha answered as she drank a cup of coffee that she bought from the Tutorial with her.
Tisha, who got changed as well, moved towards Samantha, took that cup of coffee from Samantha before taking a sip and speaking," Seems like the first quest was the only one easy. Though I am not surprised given how the previous tutorial was… the setting is more or less similar."
She then passed the cup back to Samantha and picked her bow up, while Mira added,"so does that mean the final level of the tutorial would be the longest?"
"Probably?" Samantha answered without putting much thought in her words. Though Emily gave out her thoughts,
"I don't know. I mean, protecting the city is nearly impossible given the conditions. So, I am wondering what if it's the opposite?"
Her words piqued our attention as she continued,"I mean, what if we are supposed to lose the city? And the next tutorial begins after the city is lost?"
Everyone turned quiet as they heard her words. It wasn't too far off the mark given there was no penalty in failure of the quest. Instead there were just rewards depending upon how long the city stands.
Though it doesn't really matter as much.
I stretched as I spoke out," well. Our work is to survive and do our best. Whether the city falls or not, what we need to do is watch our backs and survive as long as possible."
Getting off the bed, I began changing my clothes as well. The others nodded at my words, as they calmed down before getting to their own works.
It took me 20 minutes, but I was done with my changes. Increasing my Charm stat was actually one of the best things that I liked in this whole tutorial and stuff. My skin was radiating charming, I didn't even need to put on makeup. Just the basics were enough.
A smile appeared on my face as I checked myself in the mirror for one last time, before I moved out of the room where the others were waiting.
Walking outside, we then reached the main hall where the other players were present. I saw Alice, Alex and Mark, and our group moved closer to them. Among the people here in the tutorial, it was the only other group that we interacted with. Especially after the shit that Luke pulled in the tutorial. After that it was nearly impossible to get along with anyone from our classmates.
'There was him, though,' I thought as I recalled that guy. I haven't seen him in the tutorial till now. Adrian. Julia's crush.
'Did he not make it? But he did tell Julia that he made it to the next tutorial,' I thought as I didn't find him as the lying type. Perhaps he is hiding for now? Why does he act so mysterious?
"Olivia. What do you think about the Prince?" Tisha spoke up, making me wake up from my stupor as I looked at her, before observing the prince standing near the throne. He looked exactly like he should. A prince from a fantasy story.
"So and so," I answered honestly. Never fancied the prince and such, I like people who had a free will mostly, people who weren't bound to one place. Like a handsome adventurer.
And I felt butterflies in my stomach just thinking about meeting someone like that.
"But he is so damn hot!" Tisha spoke out as she was surprised to hear my words. Ah! She was someone who liked princes and such. Totally forgot about that. Make that prince a vampire too, and she might fall head over heel for him.
I sighed before I saw that the prince was about to give his speech now.
"Heroes! As you all may have already been informed, I am the Prince of this Kingdom, Prince Rehan. Our world has already been taken over by the fanged monsters, and we are all that's left of humanity. I am truly apologetic for pulling you into this situation, but please help us protect this dying kingdom," he spoke as he then looked at the girl in the nun-like dress beside him.
She nodded before she walked at front began speaking,
"I am Saintess of Light, Amia. I know that all of you must be confused and tired, but suddenly we noticed the presence of a Baron Vampire coming towards us. He is a strong monster that can eradicate the entire city on his own. I am truly sorry that we are asking you to fight on the same day that you are summoned here, but please… lend us a hand protecting us from the monsters."
She then kneeled on the ground before putting her head on the ground. We all looked at her with an odd expression, wondering what we should speak now.
'Honestly, it's awkward,' I thought as I looked at what was going on. And on a second thought, even though I feel bad for thinking this but… 'it's cliche and cringy.'
Though…

A sudden quest appeared in front of us, while we kept staring at the status window. And not even a few seconds later.
"We will help you!" One of the men spoke, as the others nodded.
"Yeah!" "We will fight!" "Don't worry Saintsess! We will fight!"
"We will fight!" "We will fight!" "We will fight!"
I don't know who started this cringy line, but everyone started chanting the same. I sighed, at the very least, this was better than the awkward silence we had before. Rewards sure do motivate the masses.
Though as the chant was going on, something rather unexpected occured.

"Wait what?"
Not just me, but everyone looked blankly at those system messages. Our eyes widened as the Saintess, who was bowing with her head down, now was up as she observed the forest through the window beyond the hall.
"Huh?" She was shocked as her eyes widened while the prince, who was confused by the sudden silence, asked out,"Amia. What happened?"
"He… died… that vampire…" she looked at the prince with an expression of disbelief as she continued,"… it died."
…
[Adrian's POV!]
A few minutes ago.
"Now. Shall we talk?" I asked as I smiled at that guy, though his fear filled eyes shook as he took a step back.
"Who… are… you?" He spoke as gulped, barely able to keep himself standing.
"Na na na! You lost your chance to ask questions. From now on, I will be the one asking questions," I spoke as I took my first step towards him. I could see him frantically looking for a way to escape but given his reduced stats, I doubt he would be able to.
"Goddess Geira! I offer my soul to you!" He spoke, as I realized what he was trying to do. I moved towards him as fast as I could, trying to make him stop-
[Quest: Survive the Night Complete!]
[+ Artifact: Skill Desconstructor!]
"Fuck!" I cursed as my steps halted, observing the body of that vampire, falling on the ground without any signs of life, before it vanished from there as it turned into dust.
It was anti-climatic.
I didn't like it.
I hated it.
And then everything paused around me as I saw the [Game Master] screen appearing in front of me again. Observing the same panels, I first spent a few seconds feeling dejected for the loss that I just made. But then I shook my head before looking at the rewards. I guess I should just be happy with what I made.
Now with the rewards…
