Chapter 465 462- Where’s My Sister!!

In The Outside World…

“The next batch of disciples, step forward!!”

Gongzhou's announcement swept over the remaining disciples in the square and soon the disciples at the front of the crowd began moving towards the teleportation circle.

Yang Su and the others were in this batch of disciples.

All of them wore solemn expressions as they knew this whole situation was suspicious.

Meanwhile, Tai was wearing a nervous expression and he breathe in and out trying to control his rapidly beating heart.

“Tai? Are you okay?”

Jun seeing his nervousness asked.

“Uhm… How many people are in our group?”

Jun wondered why Tai wanted to know this, but he still responded.

“If we add sister Yuwei’s Divine Star Academy disciples, Brother Mao Wen and Brother Fuangu's religious factions, along with Lu Shin’s group, our combined group is around three to four hundred people.”

Tai hearing this couldn’t help but suck in a breath of cold air.

“W-Why do we have so many people? Aren’t there only a hundred spots?”

“Well, the bulk of the group is from Brother Mao Wen and Brother Fuangu’s religious factions. Plus these people aren’t here only to help us get a spot in the top one hundred, they will also be competing with each other to get a spot. Basically, we and the other groups participating in this Chosen Tournament are trying to use numbers to get as many of our people into the top one hundred as possible.”

As Tai listen to Jun's explanation, his nervousness couldn’t help but increase.

‘I told Master I’ll be able to keep everyone together, but isn’t this too much? Ah, I wish Little Snow was here, I might have been able to do it with her help.’

As Tai was crying internally at the difficulty of his mission, the group had already come up to the teleportation circle.

‘Son, when you enter protect your sister.’

Lu Shin turned to his Father who had sent him a spiritual message.

‘Yes, Father… Did brother qualify to enter the Hidden Fragmented Realm?’

‘No, he didn’t. He was beaten by someone from the Fire Empire who possesses a strong Fire Spirit Body.’

Lu Shin hearing this gritted his teeth.

‘Father, do you truly not know what those bastards are planning?’

‘I’m working on uncovering their motives, but until then be careful.’

‘Yes.’

As the secret conversation between Lu Shin and his Father ended, the runes on the teleportation circle light and produce a resplendent glow.

‘Okay, let’s do this!’

Tai suddenly sat cross-legged on the ground and sent out his Spiritual Sense.

He identified the people in his group from the robes and relayed a message.

‘Everyone, the teleportation circle is going to try and separate all of us. If you don’t want to get separated then hold the person’s hand next to you.’

“What?”

The group of disciples hearing this showed confused expressions, and hesitate whether to follow this unknown person’s instructions.

Hearing Tai’s voice, Jun and the others were confused and they all looked at him sitting on the ground.

Seeing that no one was listening to him, Tai yelled.

‘Lu Shin and everyone, tell your members to follow my instructions. I’ll tell you everything later, but we have no time, the teleportation is about to happen!’

Without asking any questions, Lu Shin, Mao Wen, Fuangu, and Yuwei commanded their group members to hold hands.

Yang Su and the others did the same.

Xian, who had been included in Tai’s message, perked up and went to grab Lihua’s hand, but Jun suddenly intercept him.

Xian frowned when he raised his hand and saw that he was holding Jun’s hand instead of Lihua's own.

However, Jun merely glared daggers at him and tightened his grip on his hand.

Meanwhile, Lihua was wearing a weird expression.

After everyone held hands, the teleportation circle finally began teleporting everyone.

Tai’s body immediately tensed.

“I am void itself. My Will is the Will of Space, this is my domain. I shall rule all things Space… Absolute Spatial Domain.”

After Tai said this, his eyes suddenly flew open and a blinding black glow erupted from them. ραпdαs `nᴏνɐ| сom

The black glow immediately spread to cover everyone in the group before they were fully teleported away.

“Huh? What was that black glow just now?”

The remaining disciples in the square were all taken aback by that black glow.

Gongzhou who was in the sky had his pupils constrict when he saw it.

“That’s… a Void Beast?”

...

The concept of teleporting from one point to another was a mystery to most people who didn't study Spatil Laws in depth.

However, Tai understood it very well, probably more than any human would as it was one of his natural abilities to manipulate it.

Essentially, the concept of Spatial Teleportation is just one of many branches of Spatial Manipulation.

Another branch is Pocket Space creation, a branch Tai was more familiar with than Spatial Teleportation.

Spatial Teleportation was slightly out of his expertise, but he could still apply what he knew about Pocket Space creation to ensure everyone wasn’t forcefully teleported to different locations.

But there was a small issue, he only had a split second to do the impossible.

The way how Spatial Teleportation works using teleportation circles is that a channel is created using each teleportation circle as Spatial Coordinates.

Using this channel, one is able to move through the layers of space in an instant to reach any of the Spatial Coordinates connect to the channel.

However, there is another type of teleportation circle where there is only one Spatial Coordinate and that’s the teleportation circle sending that person away.

On the other side of the channel that person is being sent to is just randomness. So they could appear anywhere due to this randomness and a lack of a second Coordinate.

This is the type of teleportation circle Tai and the others were being teleported by.

However, there were slight modifications to this teleportation circle.

The possibility of being teleported at random was still there, but whoever created this teleportation circle made it possible for someone on the other side to high-jack the channel and teleport them to specific locations.

In simple terms, they would be separated into different locations upon being teleported.

What Tai had to do was go against the already establish channel and create his own, as well as create another Spatial Coordinate to have everyone teleport there.

And he had to do this in a split-second window frame.

However, even when Tai used his Absolute Spatial Domain to go against the teleportation circle's already established channel and create one of his own, he was unable to create a new Spatial Coordinate in time.

He was thus forced to abandon the plan and use one of the Spatial Coordinates that were going to separate them.

But because these Spatial Coordinates were too weak, only a few people were able to be teleported to one of them.

It seems this was part of the Fire Empire's plan.

And though it was shocking that Tai was able to force transfer over half of the four hundred people to one of these Spatial Coordinates, a few people did end up going to the other Spatial Coordinates; separating from the group.

Tai was seen throwing up a large mouthful of blood before he flopped over.

“I’m… I’m sorry… I wasn’t able to keep everyone together.”

“Tai!”

Jun seeing Tai's condition hurried to his side. Fei Yin moved as well and immediately began healing him.

“Lu Yue?”

As soon as he appeared, Lu Shin began looking around for his sister, but after looking up from his empty hand he couldn't find her in the crowd.

“N-No, I was just holding her hand, where-WHERE IS MY SISTER!!!”

Lu Shin roared in fury, while Tai was on the ground filled with remorse.

Lu Yue was one of the people who he had failed to keep within the group.

“What is this? How come there are so many people here?”

Some distance away, the disciples of the Fire Empire were preparing an ambush.

However, just as they were about to jump out, they saw how many people had actually appeared and they immediately froze.

“Something went wrong with the Formation, there wasn't supposed to be so many of them. We need to retreat.”

There were only around a hundred of them, so having nearly two hundred people suddenly appear sent them into a panic.

The leader of this group ordered a retreat and they all began moving back before this batch of people realize what was happening.

However, when they tried to retreat, a deranged-looking Lu Shin suddenly turned to look at them with his bloodshot eyes that were filled with the desire to kill.
