“Nice job Seilook, you played an important part.”

I get down from Hipopo and praise Seilook. We’re meeting up with Seilook outside the capital, just as we said we would. If Seilook hung around in the castle after the ceremony, it would take the spotlight away from Queen Lily, so Seilook flew here and waited.

Hipopo keeps going bumo bumo and gently poking Seilook with its nose, most likely praising it too.

Now that I think about it, Hipopo used to do that a lot when Seilook was small.

“Gyu.”

And as this happens, Seilook gives me an 《I’m hungry》 message through our bond. Is it really already hungry after taking in so much potion before the ceremony?

“Yes yes, but just because you did a good job today.”

I figured something like this would happen, so I prepared a potion of the highest quality beforehand, so I take it out of my backpack.

Seilook sees the bottle and gets excited in an instant. The way it’s smacking its tail on the ground kicks up dust.

“Seilook, you’re going to get sand inside it.”

I say as I open the bottle, and Seilook stops immediately. Instead, it transmits cheers to me, as it stretches its neck.

It starts drinking the potion like it’s sticking its neck inside the bottle, and it empties it in no time.

And of course, Seilook looks very pleased. Is its stomach full? It looks kind of drowsy, as it sends me another message.

“No no. Don’t say that. We need to have as little of them as possible. Changing the person on top frequently is a very bad sign.”

《Hmph. But, that. I’ve seen something like that… Yawn…》

Seilook’s messages are coming in a lot clearer than usual.

Hipopo tilts its head in confusion, as it doesn’t hear Seilook’s message.

I give it a couple of taps on the nose and say I’m sorry, and Seilook keeps going, sounding sleepy.

“Seilook?”

The message stops abruptly. Seilook sounded half-asleep, and now it’s really sleeping.

I’m intrigued by all this, but move ahead with what I planned for just this occasion.

First, I manifest Rose, which makes something like a simple tent around Seilook. Like those tents that are bigger on the entrance side.

I enter this tent from the open side, take out a 《Transcribe》 scroll, and look into Seilook.

Is it because of what happened during the ceremony in Habbafulton? Did Seilook think something would happen this time too…

As far as I can tell, the half-transparent plate didn’t appear during the coronation ceremony. But from what I can tell with the 《Transcribe》 scroll, Seilook’s mitochondria activity is down.

Did something happen in a way that I don’t understand? Is it related to the system of this world? Hm… It’s going to take a few hours for it to wake up, isn’t it?

I make it so Seilook can be as comfortable as possible here, and end by bringing out a tea set from my backpack. Done.
