It’s been a few days since the undead dragon fell asleep, and I’m here in Seilook’s building to check its status. It still hasn’t woken up.

“Is it just a common trait of dragons that they fall asleep when there’s an irregularity in their bodies?”

I ask while looking at a 《Transcribe》 scroll with a lot of changing text.

“Gyururu?”

Seilook is here with me, and I can feel it saying it doesn’t really know either.

I pat its head, and turn around.

There are ten of the separate bodies of Eve here, the bamboo transmuted beast who manages these buildings. I call them bamboo shoot army, and they’re lined up near a wall.

I give them a signal, and they all shuffle their way over here, so I can give them all bloody potion and teach them how to administer it.

“That’s pretty much when and how much you should use. Use this dropper to drip it like this on the undead dragons mouth and…”

I say while dripping a few drops on the undead dragon’s mouth.

Its tongue licks them after they fall, although it’s still asleep.

So its gluttony is fully active even when it’s sleeping… In regards to my bloody potion at least.

It doesn’t take much to nurse it, but I look on at the undead dragon with somewhat mixed feelings.

“Ah, and make sure you don’t put the dropper in its mouth. It might end up eating it.”

The bamboo shoot army bows respectfully as I finish my explanation.

“Master Rust! It’s from Lady Kalin!”

Shellrule has a piece of paper ejected from a communications device. I take it, break the seal, and read it.

“Shellrule, look after the Kagero Institute for a while.”

“…! Very well. You can count on me. You’re going, aren’t you, Master Rust? To the edge of the skies?”

“Yes, I just got Kalin’s authorization, with a condition attached.”

I roll up the piece of paper and carefully put it away.

And so, I get ready to head to the southern sky where the Weakest Seventh Seat is said to be, the edge of the skies, without forgetting about Kalin’s condition.
