After having its wing cut, Seilook desperately flaps its wings to try to go higher.
But there, it’s assaulted by Eve’s thrust, and the red light blades that separated from the sword.
A few pierce its back as Seilook goes up.
They pierce its wings, and its tail.
The crimson blades that look like needles pile up, making it look like a pincushion.
And then, one wing, and then another. Eve’s blades sever them almost like they’re plucking them off Seilook.
Seilook can no longer sustain its own weight, and stalls.
It starts falling while letting out a cry filled with anguish.
Eve undoes its pose, and runs to where Seilook will fall.
Each step shakes the ground and creates violent waves.
And even in the middle of all this noise, I can hear Araysla’s voice, even though it definitely doesn’t seem loud.
“Good grief, how disappointing. I will help you only once.”
I turn to look at Araysla, and see her raising her arms. And then, suddenly two very ominous masses appear above her hands.
They look like guts, or bugs with many legs.
I don’t know what they actually are, but it’s very clear they are very wicked and dangerous things.
“Eve! Finish it quickly!”
Eve responds to my voice and jumps at Seilook as it falls.
But it’s a step too late.
The ominous lumps float away from Araysla, and fly towards Seilook at an incredible speed. They stick to its body, as things that look like legs start fidgeting and crawling on it, and eventually going to Seilook’s mouth.
Seilook’s body is covered in a sort of sinister miasma.
Eve swings its sword down, but it doesn’t look like it has an effect, as it passes through the miasma.
The wind created by the fruitless swing breaks the sea apart again, and Eve lands on the surface of the water.
But Eve remains alert, and looks up while readying its sword again.
We see that miasma get smaller and smaller, and what we see where Seilook was is a humanoid shadow.
That shadow that’s about as big as me slowly falls to the surface of the water.
