Chapter 47 - Meeting Major General Bautista

As she finished saying that, they heard the sound of approaching vehicles from afar.

Using her hand to protect her eyes from the sand, she squinted her eyes trying to see the driver's face.

She recognizes the driver, it was Mikhael and the men behind him were his fellows at their camp. There is another man wearing a military uniform similar to Andrew's standing beside Mikhael at the passenger seat.

Andrew: Hey!!! I know that guy!!! He's our Eagle squad commander!!! Major General Jarren Etnomas Bautista!!!

Arriane turned to look at Andrew, seeing the excitement in his eyes ???? as if he saw his idol in the movie ????industry.

As the jeep get closer, Arriane put her backpack on her shoulder as she put all the rifles at the back seat of the jeep.

Arriane: Mikhael.... what brings you here? she inquired approaching Mikhael.

The men in the jeep look around at all the scattered dead bodies and helicopters remains. They never thought that Arriane could make it out alive, but apparently, she did..... and she even manages to kill the high profile Taliban terrorist groups leader and his men bringing down with them the backups that they called. Isn't that incredible???

Andrew: Hey boss... you're here... I knew it!!! You would come and rescue us..... as he heard his words, he shyly looks at Arriane and change his words.

Well..... I guess you're a little bit late.... Rambo's daughter already rescued me.

Jarren look at Arriane, then turned to talk to Andrew.

Jarren Etnomas Bautista: Where are the others...

Andrew shrugged his shoulders as he answered

Andrew: They're all dead ???? I'm the only one left.

Arriane: I'm sorry to disturb your reunion but I'm afraid we can't stay here any longer. We need to go back to Mikhael's camp and moved the elders, the kids and the women out of there.
