Saturday.

A little past noon, I arrived in front of the station to meet my friend.

“Sorry to keep you waiting, Takkun!”

The person who came waving at me was Saegusa-san from my class.

She was sitting next to me, a former idol, smart, suspicious but cheerful, funny, and in any case, a beautiful girl who was amazing in many ways.

At the suggestion of Saegusa-san at last night’s Lime group, we decided to have another study session today.

After that, Saegusa-san taught me all the subjects I was weak in, and I was able to study a lot.

After that, we left the library and went to a cafe a bit further away from the station.

The café was famous for its pancakes, and since Saegusa-san had bought sweets at the convenience store before, I knew she would like it.

I replied to Saegusa-san, who looked around the interior and muttered happily.

Then Saegusa-san looked down, suddenly embarrassed.

Then we were led to a table for two and ordered two pancakes, the specialty of the place.

“These look delicious!”

Saegusa-san’s eyes twinkled like a child’s as she looked at the pictures of the pancakes on the menu.

A little while later, the pancakes were delivered to us.

After finishing the pancakes, we decided to relax for a while, me with a cup of coffee and Saegusa with a cup of royal milk tea.

I asked, “What?” She replied happily, “Nothing…” I was glad that she seemed to be in a good mood.

As if remembering the pancakes she had just eaten, Saegusa-san muttered, “I want to come back here again.” When I replied, “Yes, I’ll bring you back then,” Saegusa-san’s face turned bright red and she bowed her head, “Th, thank you very much” She turned red and bowed her head.

After that, she covered her face with her hands and wiggled her head in embarrassment, which was still a bit suspicious and attracted the attention of the people around her.

The sun was setting, and we returned to the station where we had met in the morning.

After saying goodbye, we decided to split up for the day.

As she ran toward the station, Saegusa-san stopped and looked back at me, waving her hands and shouting.

I found this gesture very endearing, so I waved her hand back and shouted as well.

I was still amused at how cute Saegusa was, showing me all kinds of expressions until the very end, so I smiled and looked after her until I couldn’t see her back anymore.

When I checked it, it was a notification that Saegusa had sent me a picture.

I wondered what it was, but when I opened the picture, I saw the pancake I had just eaten, and me looking through it.

“Hehe! Successful hidden photo!”

And along with that sentence, I received a stamp of Shiorin, a grinning idol deformed into an anime picture.

Saegusa-san suddenly sends me her own stamp.

I was blown away on the way home by the surrealism of her sending me a stamp of herself, and the hilarity of an idol taking a hidden picture of me.
