In but a few moments the situation had turned and twisted fully. Now it wasn't the fault and trap of the Cui Family, but that of the Ling Family.

The number of those that had sided with the Ling Family earlier wasn't small, but now they could only lower their heads and hope that no one remembered that.

The Elders of the Cao and Cui Families were looking at the possible perpetrators with great care and attention, in fear that something might happen at any moment.

On the other hand, the Ling Family Elders couldn't help but have their faces turn blood red as they were getting enraged by the accusation.

The one who took the stage and said those words was one of the Elders of the Ling Family. Seeing that the carrot wasn't working he decided to use pressure and the stick.

Unfortunately, this was a great mistake from his side, as this stupid mistake was the same as admitting they were behind all this mess.

It wasn't that the others didn't understand this simple logic, it was just that the situation was truly too complicated and shitty at the moment, and they couldn't afford such a move.

Even though Li Pimp was one big realm above him, this guy didn't seem to fear that and was actually going against him head-on.

One could say that this was a great show of his courage and ability, but they couldn't associate that thought with the fact that the Ling Family could be behind all this mess.

Li Saint on the other hand was truly startled and shocked by the conduct of this Ling Family Elder, but he still didn't lose his composure, as he sent a palm of his own forward.

Since he was a Realm 6 expert, it was clear that his energy, Qi, and strength were beyond the attacker, so he didn't use any skills, and it was a simple palm.

Two palms clashed and crashed onto each other creating quite the impact, and noises around the venue, but surprisingly one of the two palms didn't belong to the Li Pimp.

As the cloud of dust slowly settled, the whole crowd could actually look at one of the Cao Family Elders standing in front of the attacker, while saying without looking behind,

"Patriarch Li can you please go ahead and give that antidote pill to my Young Master! Our Cao Family will help you deal with these bastards, and everyone else that dares to cast their greedy eyes upon you and your Li Family!"

"You bastards, make way now!"

"Elders you shouldn't act like this…"

"Shut the hell up you damn old thing, how dare you not obey my Ling Family orders!? Are you looking to die!? Hand over the antidote now otherwise I will kill you!"

That Ling Family Elder seemed to make things worse, as the rest of the Ling Family Elders were approaching to help him control his emotions.

Unfortunately, this movement of theirs was taken as a chance to reinforce the Ling Family Elder, as the Cao Family Elders moved behind their own relative.

"Hmph~! Do you think that my Cao Family people are that easy to bully!? You are courting death!"

"Cao Gui what the hell are you talking about, I came here to…"

"Spare me the bullshit Ling Ling, it's clear that this is your Ling Family's doing. What a good Ling Family, huh, truly what a good family!"
