Their shallow breaths was the only thing each of them could hear. They were breathing in and out, eyes locked together and only separated by a hair's distance.
Aeric understood it now. It had gotten to Alzera. All her life, she'd been taking charge, leading the way, bending others to obey her own rules and orders. Aeric on the other hand, he was the only one who had challenged her.
He had disobeyed her orders and followed his own moral judgment, he had insisted on helping her even when she told him otherwise. To her, he was just a poor boy from the smaller villages and yet he had the courage in himself to do what he wanted despite what she said.
So the chance presented itself to Alzera, and Aeric's brilliant, charming words helped solidify the opportunity. She didn't want to be in control anymore, she wanted to be controlled.
And Aeric was the perfect person to do it.
That was the attractive trait he had given to her; refusing to be a yes-man and doing what he knew was right.
"The team will be here soon," Aeric whispered, watching her needy eyes. "Are you sure?"
Alzera looked at him, feeling some disappointment in her chest, but her insides were already too moist for her to think of anything else. "You're being disobedient," she muttered through a soft moan.
Aeric looked at her, saying nothing. Then, slowly, his fingers traced up her chest and to her neck, his palm stretched open and clenched around it. Aeric's eyes darkened.
"No," he whispered. "You're the one who needs to be obedient now."
His palm tightened on her neck and he pushed her closer to the wall. Alzera let out a soft moan, her insides became damper and so she stretched her legs apart, trying to reach for it with her hands.
"No," Aeric ordered.n/ô/vel/b//in dot c//om
Her fingers stopped halfway. She looked up at him, already wriggling slightly like a fish. "Mhm?" she begged with her eyes.
Aeric looked down at the center of her thighs, seeing the wetness soaking her brown leather. He then lifted his eyes back up at her. "You're already so wet," he teased her. "Tell me. How long have you been wanting this, huh?"
Alzera frowned. "I don't know what you're talking about."
"Really?" Aeric's eyes narrowed. Instantly, he surged his hand forward and began to rub his fingers on the fabric of the leather, feeling her pussy lips and the wetness within.
"Ughhh!" she moaned slightly but intensely. Without hesitation, to hold back the pleasure, she stretched her hands again to stop him from her rubbing her so vigorously. But Aeric grabbed it with his other hand.
"Your hands should not move any longer," he said to her. "Unless I tell you otherwise!"
He raised her two hands high above her head and pin them tight to the wall while she sat down there, helpless, vulnerable to his desires.
"Am I understood?" he asked her, whispering softly but sternly to her face.
Trying to maintain her shaking legs, Alzera nodded her head softly. Aeric gave her a smile.
"That's a good girl," he reached for her buttons and unhooked them all, then dug his hand inside and stuck two of his middle fingers straight into her squishy wetness.
"Running into another Dungeon Squad is highly unlikely," Faeryn said. "The Dungeon was designed that way. There's a very high possibility that you've wasted your time by following me inside here."
Rosette turned to her and grunted. "I didn't ask for your opinion, Daughter Faeryn."
"And yet I gave it anyway," the Elysium Princess replied. "What are you going to do? Hurt me? I invite you to try."
The two of them stared each other down while everyone else gave each other awkward, worried glances.
Knowing that she had to do something to stop it all from escalating, Misty stepped forward, her tone gentle but pleading. "Uhm. Why don't we all calm down a little? We're all Daughters of our father, we shouldn't fight."
She looked at her sister. "Rosette, maybe we should slow down and listen to Faeryn. Besides, she has done this way more times than we have, and if we rush, we could miss some clues that could tell us if he was in a particular Lobby or not."
Rosette shot her sister a glare. "Don't you dare lecture me, Misty. I know what I'm doing."
Misty sighed.
Closing her eyes and deciding not to be disturbed by the two annoying Daughters of Starlight, Faeryn took a deep breath and walked past them both, unperturbed.
"Left," she said simply, taking the lead. "It smells like sulfur, which means we're nearing a fire-based Lobby. Stay alert."
The Starlight sisters looked at each other, then followed after Faeryn with the other two following after them.
They received a notification once they entered the next Lobby, announcing that it was a 30% Difficulty and the five beasts to be slayed were Lava Hounds.
This Lobby was a vast expanse filled with flickering embers that danced in the air like fireflies. Spiky black spires rose from the ground, and once they girls arrived, a low growl echoed from deeper within.
The five Lava Hounds slinked out of the shadows, their molten eyes glowing menacingly.
Faeryn drew her enchanted spear, the weapon gleaming with a pale blue light. "Positions. We take them out quickly and cleanly."
Rosette scoffed, pulling a jeweled sword from her belt. "Finally, some action. Misty, keep up!" Without waiting, she charged at the nearest hound.
"Rosette, wait—!" Misty called, fumbling to unsheathe her sword.
Faeryn sighed, stepping in to intercept the second Lava Hound before it could lunge at the distracted Misty. Faeryn was a master fighter, her movements were fluid and precise, her spear finding its mark with lethality and fierceness.
She struck down two hounds which both collapsed into a pool of molten rock.
The other two offered Defense and Support, Misty managed to finally pull out her sword, while Rosette wrestled with the first beast.
She had been thrown to the ground and was now using her sword to defend herself, the blade barely keeping the Lava Hound's snapping jaws at bay.
Rosette gritted her teeth in frustration and lifted her head. "A little help here?" she barked.
