Creating Zhio's calendar was already a struggle, especially when it was ignored for his personal appointments that sometimes didn't really make sense.

Thankfully when he came to the office, he immediately did most of what he wasn't able to do the other day.

"Sir Deo, the funds for the newest project has been audited. Here's the financial summary and the documents needed for the processing of those funds. Master Zhio needs to sign these."

"Were these consulted to Sir Zhio's lawyer?"

"Yes."

"Sir Deo, the Director of the Migration Bank was asking for an appointment again. Their sched yesterday has been postponed," another employee said.

"I'll see if I can squeeze that into his calendar."

"Sir Deo, please hand this documents over to Master Zhio."

"Sir, this one too…"

Zhio's paperwork has piled up again.  

Especially because he cancelled everything he had to do yesterday.

"Good morning Sir," I opened the glass door for the CEO.

"Good morning Master Zhio," everyone greeted in chorus as he walked through the isle of work stations.

"What am I gonna do today?" he asked in a whisper.

"Here," I handed him his calendar.

"Too loaded," he sighed,

"Cancel all my appointments today and for the coming weeks. Make sure to clear my schedules every eleven to one and five to six pm. And for now, you have to avoid taking meetings abroad. I have no time to travel."  

I scrunched my forehead.

Did Zhio think that through?

Something like that would impact the company greatly.

"But Sir…"

"It's alright Deo. The company has been stable for almost three years now. I'm confident we wouldn't sink down to the bottom. And I'm doing this because Claire needs me," he sat down in his desk and noticed the piles I was worried about.

"What are these folders for?"

"Those are documents for the newest projects of Zel Cantheliz. Those had been reviewed by your lawyer."

He asked me more questions.

And another question that rattled my professional efficiency a little. It made me somewhat certain why he had no secretary that lasted long.

"Sir, by ten o'clock you have a meeting for the proposal of Zel Cantheliz Academy."

"I'll be there."
