I helped with the cooking.

"I think this is delicious."

"Master Rhio would like this, Miss Jasmin."

"I hope he gets back before the food gets cold." Sya emerged at the kitchen and handed me the phone.

"Master Rhio wants to talk to you." All the hope I had was spoiled when he said he couldn't make it home that day. He wasn't even sure when he was coming back.

"I understand. Take care of yourself there," I said sadly.

He really didn't come home for a few days.

I'm nearly giving birth and there was no assurance that he'll be there.

Especially when Deo called me.

Curiosity killed the cat but would it kill me if I knew what his problem really is?
