Chapter 232 - Tell You Tomorrow

"Lucifer?..", a perplexed Sera called out in distress glancing at the man who was looking bewildered for some odd reason.

With a look of loss on his handsomely gorgeous and a lightly bruised face Lucifer was staring dumbly at her.

Not knowing what to do, or how to react Sera instinctively reached out her hands to cup his face, his cheek was glaring red and slightly swollen.

Sera's heart bled seeing him in that state and she blamed herself. Was she really too hard on him just now?

"Ss..", he hissed finally breaking out of his dazed state. His gray eyes gazing straight into her clear bright ones.

"Does it hurt?", feeling bad about her hurting him earlier she implored with a soft voice.

"Huh? What did you say?", seemingly startled he furrowed his eyebrows in confusion.

"Does it hurt? Your face?", patiently reiterating her previous question she looked at him expectantly, his furrowed eyebrows relaxing slightly.

"Not that, what did you say earlier?", he smiled faintly before his low vibrato was heard, he sounded agitated and rushed. She was taken aback by his query.

"Lucifer?", she recalled a little sceptical about her answer.

"Before that..", he shook his head, she scrunched her face trying to remember looking all adorable and cute. He wished to gobble her up at this instant.

"Uh? I.. I didn't say anything", she blurted out after trying hard to remember what had happened earlier.

"Are you daydreaming?", she chuckled lightly to ease the weird tension in the air.

Just as Sera's words entered his ears Lucifer looked at her like she was a ghost. She was again shocked by his extreme reactions and didn't know how to react.

"Daydreaming?", repeating her words, he looked as though he'd shout eureka at any second and run out of the room.

A discombobulated Lucifer was struck dumb by her words. Thinking back, he started to doubt his own head.

Didn't she confess her feelings earlier?

Was he imagining things?

Was it all in his head?

But it felt good.

Like he was flying among fluffy clouds in the air!

"Was I really daydreaming?", he mumbled to himself, his actions low-key terrifying a baffled Sera.

"Lucifer? Lucifer, what's up with you?", she shook his face with her palms, her voice tinged with concern. He turned his face slightly to look into her eyes.

"No.. nothing!", forcing a smile he blinked his eyes reassuringly, his voice sounded strained which gave him out. Sera looked at him with a worried gaze.

"I'm seriously fine..", he chuckled, nuzzling their noses and tickling her sides.

Sera broke out into a fit of giggles. Her bell like laughter echoed in his ears warming through his heart. He felt lighter and his discomfort from earlier dissipated in the air.

"Stop.. St..op! Stop..", she muttered in between, her face red and smiling, her giggles tickling his heart and he felt blissful with her in this moment.

"Please.. Ah! Lucifer! You bully..", she trailed off when his fingers again started to graze her skin, tickling her sides.

Lucifer liked seeing different sides of Sera. He has seen her meek and obedient side, her passionate side, he has also seen her ferocious and aggressive side and he wants to see more of her different sides, to love and cherish her without holding back.

"Ah~ You're so cute!", he laughed, his silvery gray eyes resembling shining diamonds distracted her and she forgot to breathe.

"Hey? What happened, Sera?", he asked with a look of puzzlement.

Why is she holding her breathe?

Is she feeling sick?

Did I go overboard with the tickling?

She looks red like a tomato though!

"Huh?", she heaved a breath, her head in a muddled state with his sudden question.

Sera's face flushed red when she realized what had happened. She'd dig a hole right now if she could to escape this embarrassment.

"Are you okay?", he sat up straight. She followed suit and leaned against his shoulder hugging his arm.

"Yes.. Anyway what are you doing here?", she voiced out the question that was plaguing her mind from the time he first appeared out of nowhere.

"To find you..", he whispered, his face was slightly turned to her side and she was playing with his hair.

"Me?", she stopped her movements and looked up at him, he nodded his head in acceptance.

"Uh-huh.. You didn't answer my calls and I had something important to say to you.."

Lucifer grabbed her hands that were playing with his hair, taking them to his lips to press a lingering kiss on each finger filled with love and affection.

"Oh! What is it?", she quirked her eyebrow, a faint smile crept up her lips because of his sweet actions.

"I'll tell you tomorrow..", he raised his head to look into her eyes, she was smiling sweetly at him, his heart skipped a beat.

"Tomorrow? Why?", oblivious to the things running in his head she asked him the reason with an innocent expression, he chuckled lightly. She never ceases to amuse him.

"Because tomorrow I'm going to take you out..", he hugged her hands, pulling her closer to him.

Sera always managed to have an inexplicable calming effect on Lucifer that even he couldn't explain in words. Magically lightening the heavy feelings in his heart within seconds.

"Out? Like a date?", she snuggled closer into his chest, his steady heartbeat was music to her ears. She secretly sighed in content.

"Yup! A date..", he nodded his head. Her face brightened instantly at his words.

"So, you came all the way here to tell me about the date?", she laughed stuck to his chest. He was rather cute sometimes.

"No.. I came all the way here to hug you..", pressing her frail body in his embrace he whispered softly near her ears.

She trembled in his arms when his hot breathe fell on her red ears. He leaned back to gaze into her hazy eyes.

"And kiss you..", a wet kiss was pressed on her cheeks, trailing down to her jaw and ears.

Sera clutched his shirt weakly trying to push him back and pulling him closer instead. Her actions were as disoriented as her befuddled state of mind.

"And touch you..", his slender fingers tease her fair neck and shoulders. While his lips found way to her lips.

"And bite you..", he whispered at the corner of her lips, she smiled deviously as her eyes had a naughty glint.

"Aahh..", she actively bit his lower lip followed by a giggle, he looked at her completely dumbfounded.

"Like this?", she shot him a question, her face dazzling under the lights.

"Yes, like this!!", he sputtered, his hands tickling her waist while she crumbled in his arms.

"Haha..", her peal of giggles and laughter resonated in the room.

The pair had completely forgotten Lu Jinan who was waiting for his baby sister in the carpark all dressed up.
