"Stab him, now!" The first voice commanded!
Spurt! Spurt!
Following the sound of blood spraying out, the mahogany floors were stained red!
Thud! Thud! Thud!
Six heads rolled to the ground in gory fashion as a cold-blooded stare found its way into the leading man's eyes.
"What?!?" The leading man exclaimed.
'This wasn't how it was supposed to go down! He's just a Peak-Foundation Establishment Realm Cultivator! How did he take out all six of them as easily as that?!? Every single one of them was in the Core Formation Realm!!'
He couldn't believe what was transpiring in front of him! All six of the strong men he sent ahead died just like that!
However, such 'grief' didn't last long for the leading man, as it was soon replaced with unacceptance.
'Ho-How could this happen!? It must be a lie!! All I wanted was to make it to C-Rank, despite the talent and wealth gap that prevents me from progressing past the Golden Core Formation Realm!! Is that so much to ask???'
Thud!
His thoughts swirled around as his robust figure collapsed to the ground!
There was something that confused him, though
He didn't remember kneeling down, so what was this situation?
'Hmm? Was the ceiling always in that direction??'
He looked ahead and saw the floor suddenly become the roof, and vice versa.
'Oh' That was when he realized it.
'I'm already dead, huh'
Spurt!
Another head rolled to the ground!
Nonetheless, everyone in the Adventurer's Guild was too concerned with the ongoing mayhem outside to concern themselves with the squabblings of other adventurers.
It lifted high up in the air before subsequently smashing down on the earth below!
BOOOOOOOOOM!
Another boisterous explosion reverberated outward, exactly like the last two! Except this one appeared closer...
"What realm is that behemoth at, Azmond?"
The pretty voice of Crystalline dripped into his ears once more. She didn't have a divine sense as expansive as Azmond's, so she could not see the beast. She could only feel its existence.
And what she felt from that existence was death!
It was certain death! That was all she felt upon coming into contact with that monster's aura!
Azmond, upon hearing the question voiced by her, looked in her direction before speaking in a serious tone.
"I don't know... I can only see its gigantic feet with the current capabilities of my divine sense," he began with a contemplative expression. "However, what I do know is that this monster is at least one hundred thousand meters in length. Something of that size could only be made possible by a"
"A Unity Form Synthesis Realm being" She finished his sentence, as she now understood the full severity of this situation.
She may have approached the peak stages of the Early Soul Transformation Realm, but in the face of such an existence, she might as well be on the same level as thin air
And she wasn't the only one in such an internal predicament, as even Azmond himself would stand no chance in hell at beating the likes of a Unity Form Synthesis Realm Monster.
The chasm that lay between the Half-Step Unity Form Synthesis Realm and the Early Unity Form Synthesis Realm could be seen as the difference between Heaven and Earth!
That is not to mention that Azmond only has total combat power (With Emu) at the Late Void Refining Realm. With his current strength, he would be nothing more than a snack for such a beast!
"..." "..."
Being given such a set of cards left them with four options.
One, they fight the Unity Form Synthesis monster anyway and hope to win by some unknown miracle.
Two, they run away from the City of RiverBloom and never look back.
Doing such a thing wouldn't be seen as cowardly by the majority of people in Asterion. After all, a Unity Form Synthesis Realm monster was only something that someone at the apex of a high-ranking kingdom could take care of.
There were, of course, the Empires and the highly secretive sects of the World of Asterion.
And they too would possess the ability to easily dispatch of such a beast; however, more often than not, they were too busy fighting at the starry seaboard to bother themselves with the matters of the mundane world.
