Chapter 313: Five Options To Leapfrogging

....

Azmond only looked over a few sections of his system interface, but that was enough for him to get a good outlook on his current stats, gold, new Law percentage's, et cetera.

And speaking of 'Laws', he was able to kill quite a few High-Ranking Monster Kings, all of whom possessed a law of some sort.

Although all of those Laws were the same ones he had already acquired, he was able to gain greater comprehension of a number of the Laws he already owned.

The main ones being his 'Gargantuan Law' and 'Sword Law'. Both of which were becoming quite commonplace for Azmond to use during battles with creatures tens of thousands of times his size.

There were a few other useful Laws, such as the Stealth Law and the Space Law; however, these laws were more auxiliary-related than anything.

That was mainly due to his comprehension of them not being high enough, but it still stood true that his Sword Law and Gargantuan Law were the most useful in a battle due to the active increases in strength they gave him.

The 'Gargantuan Law' transformed his physical strength into 'multiplied physical strength', while his 'Sword Law' furthered that transformation even more, allowing his 'multiplied physical strength' to become 'squared physical strength'.

All of this was, of course, relative, but that didn't mean his gains in strength could be underestimated.

For example, all of his stats were at the 'Absolute Peak' stages of the 'First Stage Tribulation Transcendence Realm', but if he were to use his Sword Law, Gargantuan Law, and even his Space Law, then he would be able to increase his strength past the vast chasm that lay between the First Stage of Tribulation Transcendence and the Second Stage of Tribulation Transcendence!

Furthermore, if he added his strongest technique and his sword aura into the mix, he would be able to augment his combat power from 'Initial Second Stage Tribulation Transcendence' into 'Early Second Stage Tribulation Transcendence'.

It was common knowledge that the realms only got harder to scale the higher you made it down the path of cultivation, and it eventually reached a point where only the most talented of heavenly geniuses could hope to leapfrog realms.

The Fifth Option: Pray to the gods that you acquired a decent enough profession at birth and hope you obtain enough wealth to go to a Holy Cathedral or something similar to activate your latent profession.

The fifth option was the easiest, but also the hardest to put into practical use.

You could be born with the most powerful profession of all time! Only to find out that you were born into the slums with no way to amass enough money to pay for either the transportation fees or the activation fees.

After all, even in the world of cultivation, money was still a prime aspect of life. Without money, cultivators were just pathological weapons who killed each other for the fun of it.

But with the creation of a monetary form of currency, that mindless killing became killing for the goal of 'gaining something'.

Life within Asterion would be far more depressing and dreary if there was no money. That would stand true for just about every person in every walk of life.

Nonetheless, with all of that in mind, let us get back to Azmond.

...

OOOM!

An immense starry energy was released from Azmond's palms as he attempted to understand just how far his Quantum Law and subsequent Space Law had improved.

And just from a quick usage and display, he could tell that the level of power he wielded with his Quantum Law and Space Law was at least a few dozen times more than it was previously!

That was quite an improvement considering that the percentage numbers only had minor improvements added to them with each realm he advanced in.

But, like everything else involving his system, all the 'units' or 'values' of everything were relative and usually meant more than perceived...
