Despite the percentage value to Law Level, the vast majority of those capable of comprehending law, i.e, those in the Void Refining Realm, and this was if they were even talented enough to begin comprehending laws, but if they were somehow able to cultivate them, then they would usually idle in the 'Level 1' stages for quite a while.

Furthermore, Level 1 was really just a training stage; it was the stage where one was still learning some of the most fundamental and rudimentary applications of whatever Law they were comprehending.

And it was due to such a training stage that the majority of those in the Void Refining Realm and the Unity Form Synthesis Realm would not allot Azmond any Law comprehension, no matter how many of them he killed.

There were, of course, exceptions to this, such as beasts with a natural innate talent for a law or organisms with a great affinity for a certain law. But situations like that were few and far between.

That was one of the main reasons that Azmond wasn't progressing in his laws very much; at least that was the case before he started exterminating Half-Step Tribulation Transcendance Realm Cultivators and above.

After all, the Tribulation Transcendance Stage was a realm where you were essentially baptized in the lightning of the heavens, assuming you survived them, of course.

But, regardless of the fatality rate of those who attempted to break through into Tribulation Transcendence and even those who were climbing through the realm, the benefits to law comprehensions were immense!

There were a few reasons that this was the case, but the main one was because the cultivatorupon touching the gap that lies between the Half-Step Tribulation Transcendence and Early Tribulation Transcendence Realmwould start to feel something.

It's hard to describe what this 'something' was, but most think of it as a better connection with the very universe itself.

Which was why most were able to comprehend laws far faster than they could before reaching the peak of the Half-Step Tribulation Transcendence Realm.
