Chapter 1017: CHAPTER 986 GATHER

Shadowslash who was now currently residing on the body of the Behemoth Clan sensed something, his eyes flashes with bright light, he quickly calls Don2 and Derranger to come to him.

In just a matter of seconds, the two arrives, they don’t travel far from their base considering that most beings here are Saint Lords which is too powerful for their current strength.

“Big Brother, What seems to be the problem?”

“My lord, Have you called for me?”

The two were startled but they quickly turns their surprised into irritation, glaring at each other, none of them wanted to back down.

Both have great bloodlines and their bodies are born to battle, they have been sparring during their free time, the score is now 3-2 in favor of Derranger.

After obtaining the legacy left by his ancestor, Fringe have left multiple skills for his clan, he wanted the Leviathan Clan to prosper once again and the only way for them to do this is to train the skills that their ancestors have left.

Derranger was the greatest genius that the current Leviathan Clan has, after training some of the techniques passed down by his father, his strength is now comparable to that of True Saint.

Don2 might be powerful but his techniques were self created by him and all of them were based on battles that happens in the lower planes.

All the techniques that were passed down to Derranger were divine grade and they are one of the most sought knowledge even back on Divine Realm.

It is already admirable that he lost twice, Shadowslash might be praising Derranger but he knew that in terms of potential, his brother is much more terrifying.

Back to the present, Shadowslash informs the two about his new mission “According to this body’s bloodline trait, it seems that the Behemoth Clan is having some sort of gathering, I will attend this event in order to discover more about our current rival.”

The ones that treats the Behemoth Clan as enemy were the members of the Leviathan Clan, Shadowslash isn’t a part of it and only considered the former as his rival.

He wanted to rule this plane of existence since it contains it’s own law and is basically not a part of any universe, if it weren’t for the fact that it is now barely hanging with the Cultivation Universe, it would have drifted into the void.

He truly desires to rule this plane since this is the location that would make it possible for him and his other half to communicate.

Leaving the base, he flew towards a series of mountains, he was a bit confused that the mountains are actually smaller than the giant trees, there are even small mountains that is situated in the tree leaves.

This made him interested on the golden giant trees, unfortunately, they seemed to invulnerable to his attacks, other trees would still take some damage from him but they are different, they are extremely resilient.

After flying for an hour, he finally meet another member of the Behemoth Clan, just like whom he is currently impersonating, the other members looks like a giant tiger.

Actually they look more like a cat when they aren’t on their hunting phase, just like him, the other Behemoth have gray fur with black stripes and white wings.

Sensing his gaze, it also turns to him, seeing nothing wrong, it continues it’s flight towards the same direction where Shadowslash is currently heading to.

The two of them does not bother each other, as they continue on their path, they encounter other members and just like them, they don’t bother with each other.

“Mwrar!” A roar was heard but it sounded like a cat’s angry meow, Shadowslash flinched, this is not because he was afraid, it seems that this is the body’s natural response.

He was confused, he looks at the rest of his group and they seemed to thought of the roar as nothing but his body is currently trembling.

He doesn’t stop it because he doesn’t want to act strange in front of the beings around him, if this is the body’s natural response, then, it seems that the one that let’s out the angry roar was an acquaintance of this body.

Bang! He was hit by a natural force, it was powerful but not too much for him to be injured.

“Stupid brother! Why are you so late?! You haven’t return after leaving home, be prepared to be punished by mom and dad.”

Shadowslash was in a dazed, because he had to take over this body, he doesn’t want to leave any hidden danger, he annihilated the soul and devours it.

A Saint could still exist even if he/she lost their body, they only need to have a hint of their bloodline to start anew.

Shadowslash doesn’t want his current identity to be exposed, fearing for the worst, he didn’t give the Behemoth’s soul to plead for mercy.

He was now trying hard to think of ideas on how to act naturally in this body’s acquaintance, considering what the female Behemoth have said, she seems to be his sister.

He grimaced because other than the fact that the girl besides him was a Saint Lord, he could also sensed multiple auras belonging to Descending Divine Rank experts.

He sighed in a hopeless manner and decided to act like a mute, surprisingly, this action was actually common for this body’s owner.

“Why are you so quiet?! Are you trying to act mute once again?! Don’t you dare think that this method will save you again!” He inwardly celebrated hearing the female Behemoth shouts.

He was about to advance deeper into the gathering point when he felt he was being grabbed in the nape which made his body froze, while the people doesn’t see anything, inwardly, his eyebrow was twitching, his soul which shouldn’t have this type of action involuntary did it because of what Shadowslash is currently feeling.

He an Origin Beast was actually being carried like a little kitten, he could only sigh trying to not think of such embarrassing situation, at least, he was brought to a place that is seemingly full of important people from the Behemoth Clan.

He was brought in front of a much larger Behemoth, him and the female Behemoth truly looks like a kitten in front of this giant being.

He also deduce that the being in front of him is a being on Ascending Divinity but this had confused greatly, according to the little information that he had obtain in the leftovers soul energy of the owner of his current body, those that are on Ascending Divinity should have been forced to ascend.

“Darko! Why are you still so wilful in this tense time! I know that you want to escape from your sister’s tyranny but still you need to put this in your mind! We are now currently under attack by beings from an another universe!”

He took a deep breath to regain his calm, his aura have unconsciously leak out and the entire plane seems to resonates with it.

Fearing that he would ascend too early, he could only forcefully calms himself down, without him and two other Ascending Divinities, the Behemoth Clan would become too defenseless.

The outer world that they are fighting against have more numbers of experts compared to their universe, they have to stay on this plane in order to protect their clan.

Shadowslash saw all of this, he might not show it outwardly but inwardly, he felt ecstatic, he wanted to force this old man to ascend but knowing that he cannot defeat even one Descending Divine Rank expert from the Behemoth Clan, he could only hide this plan on the back of his mind.

The giant tiger started speaking once more “The current plane is too dangerous, you must not try this again, understand!”

Shadowslash nodded acting like an obedient kid while he was actually trying to absorb the strange energy of this world to refine this body.

The female Behemoth proudly raised her head and confidently said “Don’t worry dad, I will keep in check.”

The giant tiger instantly became furious “It is because of you that your brother have left for a long time! *Deep Breath* My only request for you is not to bully your brother while we try to reconnect with the heart of this universe once again.”

While the father and daughter were having a heart to heart talk, Shadowslash was deep in thought ‘Wonder what my other half is currently doing.’

Back on Mecha Universe, Shadowslash (Physical Body) have captured the Blazing Lion, after having a great battle, the members of the Blazing Red Group were all exhausted.

They actually lost, only three individuals managed to defeat their opponent, they were Blitzerg, Randy and Gray, the three of them proved to Shadowslash that their group aren’t weaklings.

For the rest of the group, they hung their heads low, too ashame to look at Shadowslash and the trio that managed to obtain victory in their group.
