LS had decided to become the tank of the group, he is confident that he could take a couple of hits and not go down, also, he is confident that he will survive, his bloodline might have made him arrogant but in front of Shadowslash and his family, that personality is suppressed, especially in front of the former.

The mutant monster was furious, its tentacle arm extended and it used it like a whip, LS body hardens but the whip falls into a black hole and it reappears in the back of the mutant monster.

The mutant monster was furious, it stopped and exploded with black energy that broke the unstable space around it, Banjo was a bit surprised but he managed to quickly react.

He created ten chaotic spatial balls and threw them towards the mutant monster, sensing the danger that the seemingly harmless energy balls possess, the mutant monster quickly retreated.

“You are not going anywhere!” LS shouted as the ground under them froze and the entire land became a frozen wasteland.

The entire area around them had become a frozen tundra but the mutant monster managed to easily break the ice but what greeted it was France’s fierce lightning bolts.

Suddenly, the mutant monster changes its appearance, it becomes leaner and its tentacle arm is now shrouded with spikes.

“What The-” LS did not finish his sentence when he felt a powerful blow hitting him from the head, he was slammed into the ground.

“LS!” Both Banjo and France saw how the mutant monster moved, they are beings that excel in speed, their enemy might have become faster but they are still able to follow it.

“Spatial Rend!” A powerful blade made of spatial law and energy was thrown towards the mutant monster.

Surprised by the fact that the two were still able to follow it, the mutant monster took the Spatial Rend head on.

A huge tear appears on its body but it quickly recovers, Banjo raises his eyebrow, he is startled by the rapid regeneration of his opponent.

His attack is not that easy to break, it was an attack filled with spatial law, he cannot believe that such an injury could be healed without repercussion.

France was also startled, the two of them looked at each other and nodded, they realised that their enemy is hiding a big secret.

Meanwhile, LS had eaten dirt by that earlier blow, he raised his head but he realised that his enemy is now ignoring and is now completely focused on his two older brothers.

He was furious, as someone that sees himself quite highly, this was an attack on his dignity, he charges towards the mutant monster once again but suddenly, he felt multiple tentacles binding him and pulling him downward.

“LS!” France was shocked, using this opportunity, the mutant monster arrives in front of him and lash out.

Swish! He disappeared from his spot and reappeared besides Banjo “Focus France! LS could breakthrough that trap! Believe in your brother!”

LS heard this and felt gratified, he shouted “Big brothers! Leave me and beat that son of a b*tch! I am the emperor of the Dragon Clan of Gaia, I can take care of myself!”

Banjo and France nodded, unbeknownst to them, LS was thinking something different ‘Godd*mnit! I thought that after becoming a True Saint I could finally be of use to my family and yet, look at how useless I am!’

He does not show it but he was trying hard to stop himself from crying because of frustration, he had trained till he was nearly dead in order just to prove himself that he is a member of the Hope Family and yet, in front of the two whom he regarded as older brothers, he failed miserably.

France and Banjo were now face to face with their enemy, the three of them are now fighting with speed that even members of the Mythical Beast Clan would have a hard time following.

Unless one is a Descending Divine Ranker or at least a speed based Saint Lord, the three of them would be invisible in the eyes of the others.

They are moving faster and faster, the one who has the advantage of all of them is actually Banjo, he is not the fastest as it was France, he is not the strongest as it was the mutant monster but he has something the two do not have.

Since he cannot join the battle of this level, he decided on the next best course of action, after breaking the trap of the mutant monster, he transformed into a Wind Dragon then finally into a Thunder Dragon.

He flew to the skies and started scattering electricity into the air, the storm only continues to grow stronger and bigger, he was also gathering all the storm clouds towards their area.

Banjo sensed France’s increase of strength and felt ecstatic, opposite from his reaction, the mutant monster realised that it might lose from the hands of two True Saints, it became humiliated but it is still smart enough to retreat.

It enters a black blood made out of energy that belonged to their universe, Banjo cannot interfere with the space inside the black ink pool, he cannot help but become furious.

“D*mn! So close! We were so close!” He cursed sensing that his enemy had truly escaped, France’s expression was also not looking good.

LS was also furious, after destroying their surroundings, the trio finally calmed down, Banjo spoke “I think that we should complete our mission first.”

LS and France nodded, they are not the leader of this mission, they do not have the ability to create instant transmission arrays.

Back to Shadowslash, their group was now approaching the heart of the plane, multiple of their soldiers had to stop in order to stall the Outer World army.

All of them knew that many of those soldiers would certainly die but in order to save this plane, sacrifices need to be made.

Shadowslash sensed something and his expression became a bit unsightly “One of our Ascending Divine Rankers has died.”

This made the entire group freeze, Magna quickly says “We need to hurry, as long as we could save this plane, their sacrifices would not be wasted!”

Hearing this, the white ape that was carrying Shadowslash hasten, what Magna has said is right, they need to save this plane in order to pay back the sacrifices of their comrades.

Seeing this, Shadowslash knew what he wanted to do, even though he is reluctant to accept, he cannot stop what his brother felt is right, he nodded at him.
