Aion could use his death knights to cause a commotion and make them disappear by changing classes. However, where should he send them? Making them attack random places and involve civilians wasn't something he wanted to do…
After thinking for a while, Aion decided to send his death knights to the entrances of the city and make them attack the guards. If they focus on drawing their attention, they should be able to make some noise. In any case, Aion made them fly outside the capital and told them to attack at midnight. That should be enough for the time being…
"It looks like of the seven generals, three of them are already here," Sauros opened the door and then said. "We don't want to fight with any of them, so we will need to hurry. Seris and I aren't exactly well-versed in causing commotion and fighting many enemies. Still, we will do that, and then you will enter the temple as fast as you can."
"I already solved that problem. Some allies will make a diversion at midnight," Aion said. "The real problem is how I can fight without using magic and without showing who I am… I managed to fight with my spear before because of the darkness of the night, but things will be different now. That part of the city is well-lit, after all."
"Can't you turn that weapon into something less flashy?" Sauros asked.
"I can, but I am not that experienced using anything aside from spears, swords, and bows. I am also a bit famous back home while wearing two short axes, but…" Aion said while thinking of his classes.
Aion had a certain idea that might come in handy once they found themselves surrounded… it might be a bit dangerous, but it was the best he could come up with to buy time. As long as they leave the city, Aion will be able to fight at full power, after all. He only needed to pull that off.
After preparing themselves for half an hour, the group left the inn and began to cross the city using the roofs of the buildings nearby. Eventually, they were standing at the top of a massive warehouse that had a clear view of the castle and the barrier.
"In the end, you guys didn't learn why the generals are coming?" Aion asked.
"No… rumors say that the ruler of this kingdom hasn't appeared in public in several weeks, and she only sent a raven to call the generals, nothing else," Sauros replied.
"This is really as annoying as it is worrisome…" Seris said. "Anyway, what is the plan after your diversion?"
"When you see me about to attack, you jump and protect your face, your entire face," Aion said. "That is all."
Seris looked at her brother, and he just shrugged. Aion wasn't the type to joke around in such important moments… often, but that sure was annoying. She wanted to ask more questions about what the hell he had in mind and how he created a diversion by himself, but then she noticed that the atmosphere had changed a bit.
When everyone looked around, they noticed that some people were suddenly moving to the entrances of the capital, and when they focused their hearing, they could hear some weak shouts in the distance. Aion's diversion was already working… they waited for a few minutes until they saw some of the guards around the castle and the barrier moving. Around one-third of them left, but the others strengthened the guard around the entrances.
"Let's go," Aion said after he changed his class and then reset it to change the build.

Although Aion didn't level up much in the Monk class recently, he managed to overcome that problem by allocating all the status points to strength and increasing the power and level of Chaotic Punch. That strategy could also be pulled off with the Warrior class, but the hammer was too big, while the gauntlets could be thought of as gloves as well.
In any case, after jumping through some roofs, the group got close enough for the enemies to notice their approach. They readied themselves to attack, but then Aion jumped with all his might toward them. They couldn't see his appearance thanks to his dark cloak, but they knew that a fifty meters jump couldn't be pulled off by everyone. They readied themselves, but Aion only landed in front of them and then punched the ground…
The impact of the attack caused a shockwave that sent the soldiers flying to dozens of meters away. It also opened a large crater and raised a large dust cloud. That was what Aion was aiming for…
"Cough, cough… so this was your plan," Seris said. "As expected of you, this is quite brute, but what about the entrance?"
"Never mind that. He already opened the barrier," Sauros said.
With the dust cloud, no one saw how Aion opened it, but once those two crossed it, and then Aion stopped touching it, the barrier closed again. The only problem was that the barrier blocked the dust… so the people around that escaped the impact of the attack saw them inside.
"I guess it can't be helped…" Aion thought while he ran toward the entrance of the temple.
Weirdly enough, the building that was above looked like a really old and abandoned house. Still, they found a long staircase that was completely fine even after years without maintenance… Regardless, they went down in a hurry.
