He propped his chin on his open palm and touched the last 2 items. Instantly, 3D photos were displayed of the new real estate he received. All the amenities were listed beside the homes and their address. In thumbnails below the lists were snapshots of the ownership certificates, he can see his name clearly on each one.

"Am I to be a lazy landlord?" he asked himself with a playful gleam in his eyes. Within the apartment buildings, a few units were already leased. The car was driven away leaving them all excited.

As they continued to wait, a few more candidates arrived. Among them was a familiar face if Chen Kai was present at the moment. After losing her job, at the Samsung Dealership store, Dai Li vented her misgivings on her present partner and declared she will never look for a job that served people. Her partner cajoled her into applying for the position of secretary. She was against it first but the words owner of the sleeping Dragon changed her mind. Being a secretary didn't seem to be a bad thing.

'Won't it be better than that upstart if I gain the favor of this owner?' Her inner thoughts were clear. It gave her the boost to try her best to show them how suited she was for the job.

Dai Li sat with the other candidates and listened to their chatter. She frowned when she heard how low their bar was in gaining employment.

The other fact she heard was of the owner. Apparently, the owner arrived at the Villa minutes before she arrived. The main point that excited her was how young and handsome he was.
