Ch. 51 Juanjuan
Jiang Juan blinked, and after reacting, a bright smile appeared on his face, “Okay, okay, winter is the most suitable time to soak in hot springs, so let’s go when we have a holiday.”
While they were talking, the two of them were almost at the door of Class 2. The weather was fine today, and the front and rear doors of the classroom were open. Xu Rang stuck his head out from the back door and asked, “Brother Juan, where are you going on the weekend? Take me with you.”
“Nowhere.” Jiang Juan took the box from Xie Jingxian’s hand and handed it to Xu Rang, “For you.”
Xu Rang foolishly took it and said thank you, but when he opened the box and saw that it was full test papers, he immediately felt dizzy.
“What is this!” Xu Rang exclaimed, “Why so many?”
Xu Rang’s voice attracted the attention of many students in the class.
Jiang Juan took a set of math test papers from the box and smiled, “Mr. Chen Yun chose it personally. If you finish it thoroughly, your grades will definitely rise like a rocket.”
Someone laughed and said, “Mr. Chen’s choice? That’s a treasure. Xu Rang, you have been so eager to study recently, you can definitely finished it all in one go.”
Xu Rang worked hard for love, although he didn’t feel bitter, but seeing so many papers all at once, he could not help but collapse.
Bai Guang stared at the papers in the box, gathered up his courage and said to Xu Rang, “I, can I have a look? I’ll just remember the name of the papers and buy them myself.”
Chen Yun is not only famous in Jincheng High School, but people in other schools also know him. This old gentleman has a good temper and strong ability. The students he has brought out over the years are better than each other, and the materials he personally selected must also be excellent.
Bai Guang was very greedy.
Xu Rang said, “Why do you want to buy? You can pick whichever you want from this big box.”
Bai Guang’s eyes suddenly lit up, “Really?”
Xu Rang said that of course it was true, and then don’t know what he thought of as he rolled his eyes and said to the students who were watching the excitement, “You guys also come and have a look and choose what you want. This was chosen by old Chen himself.”
Soon, there were only two or three copies left in the box full of materials. Xu Rang was relieved but also a little proud. He said to Jiang Juan, “How is it, am I smart?”
Jiang Juan and Xie Jingxian brought back this box of materials, and they were going to let all the students in the class use it, but seeing Xu Rang like this, Jiang Juan was in a bad mood and said to him, “It doesn’t matter, I have noted down the names of these papers and will place an order online for you in a while.”
Xu Rang’s face immediately became bitter for a moment, “You are so bad, brother Juan.”
Jiang Juan patted Xu Rang on his shoulder and went back to his seat.
Xu Rang’s foundation was weak, and the materials that Chen Yun specially prepared for Xie Jingxian and Jiang Juan were naturally not suitable for him. Jiang Juan discussed with Xie Jingxian and chose a few sets of books that were suitable for Xu Rang.
Xu Rang would probably cry when he receives Jiang Juan’s gifts.
The matter of the winter camp soon came to an end. No matter how unwilling Han Xingye was, he was finally pressed by Han Shuo and his teacher to apologize Xie Jingxian and Jiang Juan, and Mingyang High School also punished him accordingly.
When apologizing, Han Xingye looked at Xie Jingxian as if he wanted to tear him apart.
Xie Jingxian’s expression was indifferent, and he didn’t pay any attention to him at all.
Jiang Juan simply accepted Han Xingye’s apology. In his opinion, Han Shuo’s attitude was like a knife stuck in the hearts of Han Xingye and his mother. This knife would torture them and follow them for the rest of their lives.
Because of Han Xingye’s apology, Wang Tuo, Xiao Yang and the others were in a very good mood. They pulled Jiang Juan and Xie Jingxian after school at noon and said they wanted to celebrate.
Xu Rang also wanted to echo after them, but looked at Xia Qing cowardly, and did not dare to speak. In the end, Jiang Juan couldn’t stand it anymore, and invited Xia Qing to go with them, and Xia Qing readily agreed.
There were a lot of people of Class 2 of the winter camp. Although there were some who could not come at noon, the table was full.
While eating, Xie Jingxian’s cell phone rang, he went out to answer a call, and then disappeared. Wang Tuo asked if something was wrong, Jiang Juan put down his chopsticks and said, “I’ll go out and have a look.”
The restaurant where they dined was not far from Jincheng High School. The environment of the restaurant is quiet and elegant, the dishes are rich in color, flavor and fragrance, and the business is very good on weekdays.
Jiang Juan walked out of the box, and he saw Xie Jingxian in the lobby…and Han Shuo sitting opposite him.
Due to the location, Jiang Juan could only see Xie Jingxian’s back, but Han Shuo’s face was clearly displayed in front of him.
Han Shuo was talking to Xie Jingxian, and he looked annoyed, remorseful, and eager. Others might think he was pitiful, but Jiang Juan didn’t think so.
He even whispered, “It’s a pity not to enter the entertainment industry.”
Jiang Juan didn’t bother Xie Jingxian and Han Shuo, but found an empty seat and sat down. After a while, there was a person sitting next to him, Xia Qing.
Xia Qing had just gone to the bathroom when she saw Jiang Juan sitting here and came over.
Xia Qing followed Jiang Juan’s gaze to see Xie Jingxian and Han Shuo, and she whispered, “Is that man Han Xingye’s father?”
Jiang Juan said yes, and Xia Qing said, “How did this person find this place, and what does he want to do?”
Jiang Juan said, “There must be no good intentions.”
Xia Qing agreed and said, “This old man surnamed Han is not a good thing at first glance, brother Juan, remember to remind brother Xian to stay away from him.” She sighed and said, “Xie Jingxian lives alone. It is not good, brother Juan, take good care of him and don’t let anyone hurt him.”
Jiang Yan turned to look at Xia Qing, the more he knew Xia Qing, the more he felt that Xia Qing was full of mysteries.
After thinking for a while, Jiang Juan decided to try it out, and he said, “Are you trying to tell me something?”
Xia Qing said “Ah?” and said, “Tell you what? No, I’m just thinking of what to say. Brother Juan, you know, a girl’s sixth sense is very accurate.”
Jiang Juan did not let go of any slight change in the expression on Xia Qing’s face, and said, “Really.”
“Of course.” Xia Qing looked relaxed, and it seemed that there really was nothing wrong with her. She smiled and said, “The sixth sense also told me that Han Xingye would definitely not give up. You should pay attention during this time.”
Jiang Juan nodded and said, “Lrt him come, I’m worried that he won’t come.”
The two chatted for a while before Xia Qing went back. Jiang Juan looked at Xia Qing’s back, pondering about the conversation just now. Before he could figure out anything, he heard Xie Jingxian’s voice ringing in his ears, “Why are you sitting here?”
Jiang Juan came back to his senses and said, “Waiting for you.” He glanced at the seat just now, and saw Han Shuo sitting there, looking at Xie Jingxian.
Jiang Juan looked away and heard Xie Jingxian say, “Go back, don’t make them wait any longer.”
After eating a meal for more than an hour, it was almost the afternoon class time when they came out. Everyone dispersed, those who wanted to drink water went to drink water, and those who wanted to go back to the classroom went back to the classroom.
Jiang Juan took the cold-cut beef that he hadn’t finished eating, ready to feed Xie Jingxian’s cat.
Because of the winter camp, Xie Jingxian had not come for a long time, but kitten still remembered Xie Jingxian’s voice, and it didn’t take long for it to step out of the woods performing the elegant catwalk.
He hasn’t seen it for a while, and the little guy has grown up a little bit. When it sees Xie Jingxian, it rubs his pants affectionately.
Jiang Juan squatted down and tore the beef into small pieces. The little guy gave a soft and glutinous cry and walked over to eat.
Seeing it eating so happily, Jiang Juan couldn’t help but patted its head.
“It’s so cute.” Jiang Juan looked up at Xie Jingxian and said, “Let’s give it a name.”
Xie Jingxian nodded, agreeing with Jiang Juan’s proposal.
Jiang Juan said, “What do you want to call it? You’ve been feeding it for so long, do you have any ideas?”
Xie Jingxian said, “No.”
Animals are all spiritual. Xie Jingxian lives alone. He not only has to attend classes, but also work. He really has no time and energy to raise cats.
After giving it a name, he would be reluctant to let this little guy wander outside.
Jiang Juan knew Xie Jingxian’s difficulties and his thoughts, so he smiled and said, “It’s okay, you can name it now, think about it’s accommodation later.”
In Jiang Juan’s opinion, this little stray cat was fed by Xie Jingxian all the time. Although it was not picked up and brought home, it was considered Xie Jingxian’s cat. Then Xie Jingxian should come up with the name.
Xie Jingxian pondered. Jiang Juan didn’t bother him, and squatted there to tease the kitten. After a while, he heard Xie Jingxian say, “Call it Juanjuan.”
Jiang Juan teased the cat’s hand for a while, then raised his head and squinted at Xie Jingxian, “Teasing me?”
His name is Jiang Juan, how can the kitten be called Juanjuan!
Xie Jingxian shook his head, “When I first encountered it, I had the hawthorn rolls Nuonuo gave me in my pocket, but it didn’t eat, so I went to buy bread.”
Jiang Juan got up and said, “Then why isn’t it called bread, or hawthorn, why is it called Juanjuan?”
Xie Jingxian looked into Jiang Juan’s eyes, and there was an undisguised smile in his voice, “Probably because…it’s cute.”
Xie Jingxian’s explanation was very reasonable, but his eyes and smile were very unreasonable!
Xie Jingxian’s eyes seemed to say that he was very cute. For no apparent reason, Jiang Juan felt a rush of heat creep up on his cheeks, burning his whole body as if on fire.
Jiang Juan touched his nose, squatted down as if to cover up his blushing face, and said, “Okay, let’s call it Juanjuan, the name is really cute… It sounds nice.”
He picked up the kitten with both hands and said softly, “You will be called Juanjuan in the future, Xie Juanjuan, hello, do you like this name?”
The little guy seemed to understand, and it meowed, his voice soft and glutinous.
Jiang Juan couldn’t help laughing, “It’s really good.”
Xie Jingxian stood quietly, looking down at Jiang Juan who was teasing the kitten, as the corners of his lips curved up slightly.
A gust of wind happened to pass through the forest, rolling up the dead leaves on the ground and drifting into the distance. Xie Jingxian followed the dead leaf and saw the warm sunlight falling from the sky in the forest.
He had a hunch that it would be a warm winter.
