Chapter 1956: Letter

Lin Yuelan’s team met up with her master, the Divine Doctor Wu Yazi, at an inn on the border between the two countries.

Lin Yuelan greeted the white-haired and handsome Divine Doctor Wu Yazi with a smile.” Master, it’s been a few years since I last saw you. You’re getting younger and younger!”

Divine Doctor Wu Yazi laughed.” Girl, you always know how to joke with Master! Master isn’t old to begin with. Therefore, I must be getting younger and younger.”

He was only in his thirties.

Lin Yuelan was speechless.

So, Master was such a narcissistic person.

However, she nodded and said,” Yes, Master is indeed young!”

The Divine Doctor sharply scanned Lin Yuelan’s stomach and frowned slightly. He asked,” Why is your stomach so big? How many months has it been?”

Jiang Zhennan stood beside Lin Yuelan, looking very nervous.

As Lin Yuelan was supported by the servant girl, she reached out and gently stroked her belly. She was full of motherly love as she said with a smile,” It’s already eight months. It’s a pair of twins!”

When the divine doctor heard this, his expression tensed up, and he shouted,” This is nonsense! With such a heavy body, how could you travel such a long distance? Aren’t you afraid that something might happen on the way?”

Lin Yuelan was slightly taken aback. She was very touched.

After chatting for a while, Lin Yuelan went to her room to rest.

At night, there was a knock on the window of Miracle Doctor Wu Yazi’s room. The Miracle Doctor asked warily,” Who is it?”

“Master, it’s your subordinate!” A voice rang out.

The Divine Doctor opened the window and let the person in.

He asked sternly,” What happened?”

If it weren’t for something important, his subordinates wouldn’t have appeared.

The subordinate reported,” The Imperial City sent a letter saying that after you left, the Third Prince has been unconscious. The imperial physicians in the palace could not find the cause of the illness at all!”

When the divine doctor heard this news, his expression changed drastically. His pupils constricted, and he looked a little anxious. He shouted angrily,” What are those imperial physicians doing?”

All of them were on duty in the Imperial Academy of Medicine, but they were people who only ate idle food and did not know how to do things.

He was really angry.

The subordinate continued to report,” The Third Prince’s butler is anxious, so he sent a letter to ask Master to return!”

As a subordinate, he also knew that this was a very difficult choice for his master.
