After Song Luokui left the International Friendship Hotel, she immediately had Uncle An take her back to the university. It should take her about an hour to get back, and she should still make it in time.

"Sure." Song Luokui took the pin from the box and, sitting next to Chi Yu, leaned in to pin it on his lapel.

Chi Yu kept his head down, able to smell the fragrance of her hair.

"There, all done." Song Luokui sat up straight, looking at him. "How does it look?"

Chi Yu glanced at it. "It looks good."

Song Luokui: "I think so too."

She sat back across from Chi Yu, and the food arrived just then.

As they ate, Chi Yu told her some interesting stories about his business trip. "The beaches in Banras are beautiful, worth a visit. Maybe in the future..."

Song Luokui looked at Chi Yu, her heart racing. She already knew what he was about to do.

Chi Yu offered her the bouquet. "Song Luokui, I like you. Will you be my girlfriend?"

Song Luokui took a step back, and Chi Yu's face grew tense. The people watching also held their breath, anxious.

But then Song Luokui reached out and took the bouquet. "I accept."

"Yes!" The hidden observers let out a relieved sigh.

Chi Yu beamed with happiness as he stood up and took out a box, opening it to reveal a necklace. "This is a gift for you. Can I put it on you?"
