The future of The Wandering Inn on Royalroad: Hi everyone on RR, I'll be brief. I've posted about my desire to leave the platform and I've heard back from you about it. It's a hard decision because I know many people prefer I be on the platform, but it's my decision as an author that it's better for the web serial if I eventually leave RR. Part of it's about control over the story, but I don't want to write an essay and offend people.It's still my decision to leave RR, but I've been thinking hard about how it should be done. You all (and people who have been messaging me) don't want the story to suddenly stop updating and I've realized that's very abrupt too. So instead, after I finish my break, I'll keep updating RR as I have all this time. However, I will be updating Royalroad one chapter behind Public readers on Wordpress. That means while the public chapter on my site will come out on the 14th of April, the Royalroad chapter will come out on the 18th, and so on.I feel like that's the best thing to try for a slow remove from Royalroad. See you on the 18th, or on the site if you prefer. For readers catching up, it won't matter. I still have the same plan to leave, but I'll try and get anyone who wants to read on the site over first, without stepping on toes. Thanks, and see you after my break,--pirateaba
