Chapter 38
ED: Cheerycheri
I stared at Kang Yoo-hyun, just barely holding myself back from shouting at him.
My head throbbed. So now, the problem is just...
“Huh, what... Did you guys just fight each other?”
“Kkuu...”
“...”
“...”
“...”
A dragon and three humans looked at each other in response to my question.
That’s a very very good job.
I clicked my tongue and snapped.
“Are you kidding me, you crazy bastards!?” As I shouted, Kang Soo-hyun, who was behind me, shrugged his shoulders and said—
“No, everyone was quiet at first. But then, Yong-sik woke up...”
“...”
“He made a scene when he found out hyung wasn’t there. He went wild and started emitting poisonous breath. I was shocked and put up a barrier, and Yoo-hyun hyung, who was sitting still, summoned a magic sword...”
Ah... So the original culprit was Yong-sik?
As I lowered my head and looked at Yong-sik, Yong-sik, whose eyes were drooping, looked at me pitifully.
There’s no use looking at me like that. I have to give him a harsh scolding in this situation...!
“Kkyuu...”
I have to scold him...!
“Kkyuuu...”
“...”
I finally sighed when I saw Yong-sik’s drooping eyes.
Yeah, that’s right. It’s all my fault. Leaving Yong-sik alone is a sin, I have sinned!
“Ha... I’m sorry as your dad.”
“Kkyuu, kkyuuu.”
In the end, Park Yoon-sung, who had just said goodbye, came running here. He quickly glanced around the devastated accommodation with a smile on his face.
“Even though it was temporary, it’s not easy for an S-class dragon to break through a cage made of special alloy, especially for one that is quite young.”
“I’m... sorry.”
I bowed my head as I held Yong-sik. I don’t know how many times I’ve caused trouble for the Odin Guild. As I lowered my head further with complicated feelings, Park Yoon-sung’s refreshing voice entered my ears.
“You don’t need to worry about the accommodation, as it will be fixed immediately if I summon someone with restoration skills. However...”
Park Yoon-sung’s gaze fixed itself on Yong-sik in my arms. Yong-sik, who felt the gaze, growled quietly.
“I think you need to train him properly until he grows up. It’ll be a problem if he’s always like this.”
“Ha, yes...”
“Among those with summoning abilities, there are some who are excellent at training summoned monsters. It would be better to have one of those people teach you how to take care of Yong-sik.”
“Really...?”
Is that person Kang Hyung Wook the summoner? Anyway, Park Yoon-sung recommended him, so I think I can trust him. Of course, if Yong-sik is left as he is right now, I don’t know what kind of accident he may cause, and it could cause trouble to lots of people in many ways even if he stays in the accommodation or goes outside.
I nodded as I swiftly made my decision.
“Please take good care of us.”
A summoner trainer. I wonder what kind of person he is? I hope he is a good person like Park Yoon-sung. Maybe I’m also a bit too weak against Yong-sik. I shouldn’t have raised him like that.
As I sighed inwardly, Park Yoon-sung smiled at me as if telling me not to worry. He then continued to talk in a relaxed tone.
“Since I’m here, I’ll make an announcement to everyone as well. The next dungeon raid has been decided.” Park Yoon-sung said and looked at us.
“...!”
“Grrr, kreung!”
“Haa...”
At this rate, things would go awry again in no time. I sighed and shouted.
“Stop fighting, you guys!”
If I’m trained by a summoner trainer, shouldn’t these brute bastards also be trained together?
As I was pressing my palm to my throbbing head, an awakener with the ability to restore the accommodation came running through the door, panting and sweating.
Classical music was quietly playing in the spacious room. The room with Gothic-style furniture, antique decorations, and famous mediaeval paintings, looked like a well-decorated art museum.
There were transparent crystals and white crystals everywhere, from which a strange cold energy flowed out and covered the room. But within that chilly atmosphere, a man hummed casually.
“Hmm, hmm, hmm~”
The husky voice continued to hum along with the accompaniment of classical music. There was an unusual white bathtub in the middle of the large room, where the man hummed while taking a bubble bath.
Translucent blue water droplets slid between the man’s slender fingers. The rich white foam made from the bath salt stuck to his hands. The man kept humming happily while washing himself in the cold water.
Knock, knock.
Light knocks reverberated through the room. The man’s movements suddenly stopped. Translucent drops of water flowed down his forehead. His blue eyes shone sharply through his long wet hair. Immediately the man’s mouth curled into a long upward arc.
“Come on in.”
When his words of permission were granted, someone opened the door and entered. The sound of footsteps echoed throughout the room.
“...Master.”
“...”
The man’s gaze lowered. The person who entered the room was kneeling in front of the bathtub, his head lowered. He caught a glimpse of a white, neat face through the jet black hair.
“Raise your head.
“...”
The man’s words that were said in a low voice caused the person who entered the room to raise his head. He had thick dark eyebrows and glassy pitch-black eyes. His refined face gave off an impression of weakness at first glance, but his expressionless features and sharp eyes made chills run down the spines of those who saw them.
It was the Loki Guild’s S-class hunter, Baek Si Hoo who was kneeling before the man. The blue-eyed man who was carefully observing his beautiful and indifferent face immediately smiled in satisfaction.
“Your face is healing well.”
“Thank you...”
Baek Si Hoo came to visit him with his face half melted. Three A-class healers and several awakeners with detoxification skills were mobilized to treat Baek Si Hoo. It was a number of high class awakeners that could only be wielded and dispatched by someone with great wealth and power.
The man’s lips moved slowly.
“You have to be careful.”
“...”
“Because I especially like your face.”
A sexy vibe flowed out from the man’s smiling face. His androgynous appearance looked more beautiful than most women’s.
The beautiful man was Raisu. The guildmaster of the Laufey Guild, the subject of countless rumors and speculation. He reached out his foamy fingers and traced Baek Si Hoo’s cheek with them.
“Ah, you can get hurt elsewhere. Because when you die, I’ll only keep your face.”
“...”
Baek Si Hoo looked at Raisu with a puzzled expression. Raisu burst into laughter at his serious gaze.
“Haha, I was just kidding. I’m scared.”
“Understood...”
It wasn’t a joke at all, but it was normal for Raisu to say such a mean thing. Baek Si Hoo nodded slightly and showed him his face. There was bubbling foam left all over his face by the fingers that traced it.
“You said, it was a newly hatched dragon that made you like that?”
There was a bit of anticipation in Raisu’s voice.
