The siblings Yu Yang and Yu Shu finished a case of beer. Yu Shu was still not satisfied and wanted another case, but Yu Yang pressed her down - if she got drunk, it would cause another storm when they got home.

Yu Shu compromised by asking him to go buy milk tea from the next street, but Yu Yang was reluctant. He took his phone and left unwillingly.

Zhou Yan met up with some good friends for karaoke and barbecue. As soon as he walked into the barbecue restaurant, he habitually looked around the place. His eyes fell upon Yu Shu, who was sitting in the corner bending her head down at her phone.

What a coincidence, just ran into a pillow when feeling sleepy.

Zhou Yan went over and sat down in Yu Yang’s seat: “Hi beauty, you look a lot like my fiancée.”

“You’ve drunk Erguotou, but still can’t get me drunk.” Seeing Zhou Yan’s lack of reaction, he passionately added another line.

Yu Shu looked up from her phone and glanced at him, shaking the leftover lamb skewer in her hand: “I’ve seen gutter oil, but none as greasy as you.”

"Nonsense!" The fat boss couldn't take it and jumped up like a cat getting its tail stepped on. "We never use gutter oil here! Only people with black hearts use gutter oil! Could we stay open for so many years if we used gutter oil?!"

Yu Shu laughed at his joke. With an amused snort, she laughed out loud: "I didn't mean you use gutter oil. I meant this man is greasier and more harmful than gutter oil."

"Oh, that's fine then." Seeing it was Zhou Yan she was talking about, the observant fat boss tactfully walked away.

Zhou Yan was captivated by her smile. At their previous blind date, he was not very satisfied with Yu Shu, thinking her too fat. He liked slender and delicate girls. But Yu Shu was so beautiful, she would definitely become a great beauty if she lost some weight.

It wouldn't be a problem to date her first and then make her lose weight and show her off later.

Whistles and jeers rose up not far away. Zhou Yan's friends got even more excited when Yu Shu glanced over.

"Sister-in-law, happy new year!"

"Sister-in-law, just be with Brother Zhou!"

One sleazy man made an obscene face at her, holding up two thumbs and pressing them together.

Every single one was oilier and more disgusting than the next. Like-minded birds flock together.

Yu Shu's expression didn't waver at all. At this point, any reaction from her would become fodder for jokes to those men who had sausages for brains.

Yu Shu texted Yu Yang on WeChat for him to come back quickly, saying his sister was about to get fatty liver.

Yu Yang replied with a string of question marks.

Yu Shu almost vomited from the fabricated passion he created in his head. He probably imagined an entire reluctant romance drama.

"Why did you lie to me?! Why?!"

Zhou Yan's shouts attracted curious onlookers. Yu Shu could only feel annoyed.

"Because you're annoying. Just seeing you annoys me," Yu Shu finally showed some expression on her face, frowning and speaking irritably, "You're so ordinary yet so confident."

Carrying the packed barbecue, Yu Yang added: "Looking at your vulgar face, go home and take a piss to see which part of you deserves my sister."

Back home, Yu Shu took the barbecue to butter up Ye Ping. She also mentioned what happened with Zhou Yan harassing her.

Ms. Ye immediately flared up upon hearing that. This was the first time Yu Shu realized the Zhou family had been pestering them relentlessly. With no security at their old place, while Yu Shu was away in Chengdu, those people kept coming to their home, only to be chased away every time by Ye Ping. Yet they would return again after two or three days.

Ye Ping fumed with her chest heaving violently: "Every time, they bring the same stuff - a box of milk and a few bags of snacks, all faded from wear without even changing the packaging! Who wants their measly things!"

Yu Shu: "..."

Not the point! The point was those people were now like chewing gum - impossible shake off!

Soon they could fabricate rumors that she and Zhou Yan were already together. And after some time, they could even spread rumors that Yu Shu was pregnant!

"No... that can't be, can it?" Ye Ping sounded disbelief after hearing her speculation.

Yu Shu spoke tonelessly: "Ms. Ye, please save your naïvety for appropriate situations."

The Zhou family were all greedy people. They wouldn't easily let go for money's sake.

"Let's discuss countermeasures."

Discuss your ass!

Yu Shu felt extremely weary and waved her hand. "Don't get involved anymore. It would be helping me if you don't introduce anyone else to me."

"Come back. Let's properly think of something!"

"I'm tired. Let everything be destroyed." Yu Shu walked away without turning back.

Based on past experience, the result of "discussions" organized by Ms. Ye would just be pure waste of time without any real progress.
