After packing her things, Chu Yang went to take a shower first. Once she finished showering and blow-drying her hair, she threw all her clothes into the washing machine and then lay down on the bed to rest for a while.

Chi Yan left work around 5 o'clock and hurried to the Forest Garden Community. As he entered the complex, the security guard specifically said, "I just saw your girlfriend come back."

Chi Yan opened the door and called out, "Yang Yang?"

There was no response. Chi Yan changed his shoes and went inside. No one was in the living room or kitchen, and there was no sound from the bathroom. She must be in the bedroom.

Chi Yan quietly pushed open the bedroom door and saw a lump under the covers. His Yang Yang was sleeping.

Chi Yan sat down on the edge of the bed and lifted the covers slightly. He saw Chu Yang's rosy little face as she slept, and his expression immediately softened. He leaned down to kiss her cheek, but feeling it wasn't enough, he continued to kiss her little mouth, then gave it a gentle suck. Finally, he tucked her in properly and quietly walked out to the kitchen to prepare dinner.

About an hour later, Chi Yan had finished cooking. He opened the bedroom door again and gently called out, "Honey, time to wake up for dinner?"

Chu Yang made a soft "mmm" sound and rolled over without opening her eyes.

Chi Yan reached out to stroke her cheek. "Well then, I'm going to kiss you. If you don't answer, that means you agree." Saying this, Chi Yan leaned down...

Chu Yang felt something nibbling at her and waved her hand, which was caught. She opened her eyes to see Chi Yan kissing her.

Chu Yang was now fully awake and pushed Chi Yan slightly. He finally let her go.

After catching her breath for a moment, Chu Yang said, "Oh, you're back?"

"Mm-hmm, I've made dinner. Let's eat."

Chu Yang yawned and got out of bed, putting on a jacket. She seemed to have slept for quite a while. "What time is it?"

Chi Yan checked his watch. "It's 7 o'clock."

Chu Yang washed her face first, then sat down at the dining table. Chi Yan ladled her a bowl of soup. "Have some soup first."

"Mm-hmm."

After dinner, Chu Yang told Chi Yan to go rest while she washed the dishes, considering he had worked all day and still cooked for her.

Speaking of which, Chi Yan stood beside Chu Yang to help and said, "I think I'll hire a housekeeper to cook. That way we'll have meals even when we're busy."

Chu Yang had no objections, given Chi Yan's heavy workload with his studies and career. She couldn't possibly come back from school every day to cook for him. "That sounds good."
