The general pulled out a handgun and fired it, Cole's head whipped to the side as sparks flashed into the air. Cole grunted in annoyance as he righted his head, showing everyone the small wound left by the bullet, and how rapidly it healed itself. Cole was not completely bullet proof, but as he is right now, it would take a head shot from a sniper rifle, or just stuffing a grenade into his mouth to kill him.
Never the less the way Cole raised his head to look back at the general and the rest of the aspirants betraying them, caused a collective shiver to pass among their ranks. Cole seemed undying, just like the rumors have been saying about him, not the fancy flowery things the gamers call him: some have seen his madness, and his undying ability, as if he was friends with death itself.
"You're going to have yo do a lot harder than that if you want to kill me. Or anyone of us for that matter." Cole said as he placed Black Malakai into his inventory along with Azazel. For this next part Cole would not be needing them. He was lucky that he could even access his inventory, he could feel that all of his skills were out of his reach at the moment, unless of course the skills from his weapons.
But even then they would still need energy and vitality to function. And any sort of movement of energy within his body right now would probably kill him. He was spent, and he could feel it from Eze and his aunt and the from his brother with the stench of fear that was slowly permeating around them. They all thought that this was it, however the moment Eze saw the spear a look of understanding crossed his face.
The general too, as he immediately commanded the soldiers to open fire while the aspirants unleashed their skills. Cole held on to Methuselah as he slammed the spear into the ground, crying out in pain as he felt pathways and channels within his body that he never knew off, rupture and tear. Energy spilled out of his body as even his skin began to disintegrate from the onslaught of energy.
It could no longer be contained within Cole's body because he has pushed his body beyond and above its limits. This was destruction, but Cole was still working on his gamble as he called out and activated the skill, hoping against all odds that truly what he was aiming for would come to be. And that it would not be too late for him.

The shadow of a massive tree blasted out with the spear being it's core. The shadow almost seemed tangible, real ,and looked like a real; tree. It was massive, and within the dungeon that itself too was also a massive tree, the phenomenon seemed to resonate as it was not the shadow that was now the manifestation of the skill, but the dungeon itself, or whatever it had become after the core was claimed.
It was like magic, green and life exploded out every corner. The wooden bridges regrew along with the islands, but this time they were filled with colorful flowers and vines that spilled out over the sides of the islands. The sea of snake trees underneath changed as many swathes of it was cut off to expose shimmering lakes and meadows with hills and a colorful forest.I think you should take a look at
Cole still had his hand on the spear so all of this deluge of energy rushed down and into his body, he shook with a smile as those channels that he felt were ruined, snapped back into place. This was a massive amount of ;life energy going around, and while Cole was at the epicenter of it, he was not the only benefactor. Because at this very moment, three other people could be considered allies.
The energy rushed in, fixing everything that had been damaged throughout the course of this fight. As for the general and his cronies, normally since this skill was used on earth it would not have been even a quarter as powerful as it usually is. But somehow the skill had resonated with the dungeon and it had expanded it's scope by a massive margin.
The general and his people were turned to desiccated husks with flowers and berries growing out of their bodies. Some of them had even been turned to trees, as Cole stopped using the skill. He sent the spear to his inventory, but the transformation still remained. He turned to look at Eze and his aunt and brother.
"Now that's just some ridiculous bullshit! You have plot armor! I've been suspecting it, but there has been no proof as of yet, but you fucking have plot armor!" Cole rolled his eyes at Eze's outburst. It was good to see that the man was still the same and he was fine. He turned to his aunt and brother as he held both their gazes and matched it fiercely.
"Grandfather is hosting a small thanksgiving party, I am supposed to invite you and make sure you and the others turn up no matter what. Ni had my means, but now, you don't have much of a choice. We need to stand united, the government now has it's sight set on us, and we're not yet powerful enough to be able to disregard the power they hold.
I did not need you to save me, but you did so you have my thanks. At the very least, show up so that we can finish this, if blood needs to be spilled then so be it."
"You talk too much, you should take a cue from the family's resident queen bitch and shut up! I'll be at your bloody party, but know this, since you seem prepared for it. I'm not coming for shits and giggles, I'm not coming for an understanding or an alliance...I am coming for blood."
