"Classmate Haruka, wait, wait a moment."
The familiar voice reached his ears, and turning his head, he saw Mikoto Tamamo heading towards him with a quick trot.
Her strides were large, and the impressive part at the front of the beautiful girl's chest undulated visibly, drawing the attention of many male students.
Seemingly having achieved her goal, Mikoto Tamamo gave a secretive smile, then redirected her gaze to the beautiful boy not far away,
The boy turned around,
And once again, he was struck by that handsome face, his pace slowing as he ran his hand through his hair by his ear.
"Is there something you need?"
Haruka asked with little interest, as currently, all the women surrounding him had off-the-charts charm values.
To him, little green teas like her were just a way to pass time when he was bored. A deep conversation was fine, but a heartfelt one? Forget it.
Too tiring.
"No..."
Mikoto Tamamo was startled, as it seemed she indeed had no reason to seek out Haruka Yuzan.
She had just seen his silhouette and involuntarily called out to him, but she was quick to react,
"Is it wrong to greet a classmate if there's nothing up?"
She looked shy, with a hint of coquettishness.
"Of course not, but I'm about to head back to the classroom now."
Haruka Yuzan smiled and then turned to leave.
"I'm also going back to the classroom, let's walk together, Mr. Haruka."
Watching the boy's departing figure, Mikoto Tamamo quickly followed.
Feeling a soft sensation coming from his arm as if there was something there, Haruka Yuzan intended to avoid it.
With so many people watching at school, it was necessary to maintain a good image.
The girl beside him went on and on, nonstop, while Haruka replied noncommittally. Mainly because what this person was talking about was all unsubstantial chatter,
Wondering if she was dumb, feeling like she couldn't learn anything.
She also made veiled inquiries about how far his relationship with Otome had progressed, her want to probe hidden behind pretenses, making Haruka irritable.
"Ah, if only I were half as smart as Otome... But I remember, the Otome Family comes from a gangster background, right? It must be scary, I'm a bit frightened..."
Mikoto Tamamo kept talking, observing the boy's expression now and then, acting like a silly, naive girl.
However, Haruka Yuzan's attention was on a cool silhouette not far away, and he didn't quite catch what she was saying.
He just casually responded with an "Mhm."
She really was quite dumb compared to Otome.
Not far off was a graceful silhouette, a white shirt, red plaid pleated skirt. Even though everyone was wearing the same thing, it looked particularly beautiful on this girl.
Her silver shoulder-length hair made the girl's figure appear especially pure.
Haruka Yuzan recognized that perfect silhouette at a glance and, as if finding a reason,
"Tamamo Student, I have something to discuss with Chiba Student. You go back to the classroom first."
Saying this, without waiting for her response, he walked towards Chiba Shimizu, leaving Mikoto Tamamo standing there alone.
"Good morning, Class President Chiba."
Haruka Yuzan went over, smiling as he spoke.
Chiba Shimizu looked up at the boy, then at Mikoto Tamamo not far behind him.
Reiko Onodera was in the kitchen preparing tuna sushi,
While Haruka Yuzan lay on the couch with some roast meat, cuddling a cat.
Soon, there were sounds of a door opening upstairs followed by tap-tapping steps descending the stairs.
Looking up, Misaki Saki came trotting down in her slippers, then flopped onto the couch.
Her adorable face bore a hint of frustrated vexation.
"Meow?"
The roast meat cat meowed a couple of times, seemingly the first to witness this expression. It wriggled out from Haruka's embrace and, staggering on its stubby legs and with dopey bean eyes, scrutinized the girl seriously.
Misaki Saki's cheeks visibly puffed up, and then she grabbed roast meat, pulling him into her embrace to start petting!
"What's wrong?"
As a landlord, it is quite necessary to care about the well-being of one's tenants.
Misaki Saki didn't speak, glancing at the boy as if pondering something. She sat, lost in thought, with her eyes reflecting struggle and conflict, but eventually, she shook her head.
"It's nothing, just out of inspiration, thought I'd take a break."
For her, leaving the room already felt like going out.
Indeed, could the lack of inspiration silence a lively young girl?
It seemed she still had lots of time on her hands.
"What's for dinner tonight?"
"Tuna sushi."
Upon hearing this, Misaki Saki's eyes brightened, one of the few pieces of good news she'd received that day.
It seems like, for the past couple of days, she was getting to eat foods she liked. She remembered watching a mukbang video featuring tuna just in the early hours of the morning.
At the time, she had been swallowing her saliva with envy.
And now she could actually eat it today?
"What's wrong? Don't you like it?" Haruka Yuzan asked with a smile.
"No, I like it very much."
She didn't remember ever mentioning her favorite food.
Haruka Yuzan smiled and remained silent, considering how the girl's life was incredibly simple.
Eat, sleep, paint, play games.
Just like roast meat, hence her daily wish list naturally revolves around these things.
.....
Night had fallen,
and the whole world seemed to have been plunged into silence,
After dinner, Misaki Saki returned to her room upstairs to delve back into her work.
After cleaning up, Reiko Onodera too sat down on the couch.
Today, madam was wearing a pure white nightgown -- Haruka Yuzan could catch glimpses of her translucent white skin when she lifted her arms just so.
"Bzzz bzzz."
Soon, Reiko Onodera's phone suddenly rang.
She glanced at it, hesitated a bit, but still answered the call.
"Hello? Mommy!"
A sweet voice came from the phone's screen, and Haruka Yuzan raised his eyebrows, also turning to look.
