Chapter 68: The Hell, Brave and Daring

Just as his body massage was about to end, Aleron also finished constructing his Hell in the Flame Blaze Abode secret realm.

This secret realm was an Elemental dimension and existed in a unique plane of existence, unlike planets and stars.

It had no normal sky or stars visible. Instead, it had five different colored sun-like orbs that lit up the dimension and 99.9% of things were of flame-attribute, be it trees, mountains, sea, and everything.

All things had the attribute of fire and were geared towards fire-dominant hybrid attributes with other elements.

Aleron created a simple Hell here, using up to 100 million Magilore to create seven punishment zones.

Each zone gave different types of punishments to the soul.

Using up a vast amount of Magilore and weaving it into this big formation which he called Hell, each zone gave out a different type of punishment to souls.

Using this Flame elemental dimension's atmospheric energy, Aleron added the function of absorbing it to conjure the punishments.

The souls were given the shape of a humanoid and hitting those souls via various punishments would bring them pain and agony.

For example, getting flagged by flame whips constantly, burned in a sea of fire, getting their skull crushed, getting eaten alive by flame snakes, getting tortured by various weapons made of flames, etcetera.

Each zone had a few types of punishments in them, and Aleron threw all two hundred thousand souls in the zones according to the suffering they spread to innocents.

The higher the suffering, the more painful and longer the punishment.

As everyone's cries and agony rang, Aleron was reminded of a few books he read regarding hell, and how each Hell gave out punishments to the soul according to the sins they committed.

'Finally!' Aleron grinned as he looked at the souls getting punished.

'Hmm, but what happens to the soul after they finish their punishments?

'Maybe they go into some kind of rebirth cycle with no memories and fresh souls or there's a soul factory that absorbs those souls to create brand new ones? Damn, I don't know, but I can't do those things myself.'

"What is the normal way?" Aleron raised his eyebrows.

"Well, the first is constantly fighting and just living your years while stimulating your soul and desires. This is slow, but steady progress that most people follow. There's a more effective method, which is participating in life-and-death situations. When you truly feel death near you and fight it, your soul source gets stronger."

"Of course, people don't do this often, but only doing it one or two times is enough to invoke the soul's potential," Odar said before he sighed and lamented. "Since Sir Darzax can revive me, I lost the feeling of death when I fight and since I died several times, I don't want to risk myself without a guarantee of survival."

Odar slapped himself with a downcast expression, "I'm pathetic, boss. What do I do to be able to be daring and brave?"

"Daring and brave..." Aleron muttered as he flew towards the portal. "Come."

Both of them left the Flame Blaze Abode realm and returned to Eldertide Archipelago.

They arrived in the room where Enorin, Darzax, and Riki were recovering in the dreamy healing bubble.

"These three are daring and brave. They were able to risk their lives daringly and bravely... only for me," Aleron smiled. "I am the bond and center of their life. For me, they can go to any

lengths."

"Darzax knew everything about me since he read my whole soul. I love happy endings, so he wanted to save Enorin as well as wanted me to defeat Akuma with none of us losing."

"He and Riki fought stronger monsters and brought back resources while risking their lives, but also staying alive because I would be sad if they died, so they returned with resources despite the odds."

"That's why Enorin could live and seal the body again and I could also fight the Akuma and my soul potential exploded seeing how far they were going for me."

Aleron grinned as he looked at the trio, "For those who share this bond with me, I will become daring and brave as well, and I can go to any length for them."

Turning to Odar Aleron patted his shoulder, his hand almost passing through since he was in soul sense avatar, and smiled, "If you can go to any length and risk your life for a bond you feel precious or a purpose worth betting your life, then you can be daring and brave for them too."

"Odar, will you go to any lengths for me?"

Looking at Aleron's warm yet bright smile, Odar felt a lump in his throat, his eyes trembling. 'At first, I joined you with happy-go-lucky because you are so powerful, boss. You have an Exceed-rank subordinate and so much crazy stuff...whatever I do, my life is easy now with

you.'

'But now...' Odar clenched his fist and knelt on one knee, "Boss!"
