Chapter 169: Breakthrough Soon
Rias and Roxe already knew the crazy powers Fang, Riki, and Liang could output, especially Fang and Riki because both of them had a job class, a Bloodline, and a Symbios Gear each.
Liang didn't have a Bloodline yet, but she was still vastly stronger than others with the two additional power sources that others didn't have: Job class and Symbios gear.
Ruan had a Symbios Gear, but not Job class and Bloodline, but even just the Symbios Gear caused her combat power to outclass Rias, Roxen, Lee, Ying, and Jiang.
"Aurora Shaman is a mixed-type class, having support and control-type skills of secret arcane knowledge from what I see," Aleron rubbed his chin. "To be honest, Rias, you're the only one suitable for this job class."
"Do not worry about us, lady Rias," Lee chuckled. "If Master feels this job class is more suitable to you than us, then you should take it."
"This is the best course of action," Fang nodded.
"Even though I don't know the details of the job class, Lee, Ying, Ruan, and Jiang don't fit the class's name," Riki laughed. "You are a mage, lady Rias, and it sounds suitable with the Shaman."
"If you practiced sword for a thousand years, but then you got a hammer as your weapon in battle, that would suck right?" Aleron laughed. "That's why, compatibility is important."
Rias sighed and smiled as she nodded, "Alright, I will thankfully accept this, Ale."
She took the job class rune and infused it into her source space, soon enveloping her in a powerful aura as she sat down on the ground in meditation like Jiang.
Afterward, Aleron gave the job class: Astral Weaver to Ruan.
This job class was offensive and control type from what he saw and felt it would be suitable and more useful for Ruan.
All Job-class runes he had were distributed. Now, the only ones who didn't have job classes yet were Yueha, Mei, and Lee.
As for Bloodlines, Aleron didn't distribute all five of them.
Out of five Bloodline orbs, he kept two for experiments to do using his Primordial Genome Whispere's power.
He kept the Primeval-rank Bloodline: Crystal Kraken Prismalith, and Exceed-rank Bloodline: Astral Titan Zephyrvale.
The remaining three Bloodline orbs were of Legendary rank.
He gave Thunder Sunlit Serenade to Jiang and gave Emberdusk Glimmer Fang to Lee.
Those two had one or two attributes of the Bloodline matching their main elemental mastery, making it more compatible.
As for the third legendary-rank Bloodline: Verdant Light Whisperwood, he decided to give it to Yorin, who was working non-stop on alchemy. Its power seemed more useful for Alchemy due to the Bloodline having the supportive ability and attributes of Light and Wood.
"The rest of you can get a Bloodline later once I summon more," Aleron said before he took out a mysteriously glowing orb containing a unique and cute wonder-creature looking like a drake with glistering orange scales within-the Symbios Gears.
"This is Abyssal Ignistar, a Symbios Gear," Aleron said and the orb flew off from his hand before moving towards the group.
"And from what I saw in the battle, Ying is more suitable with this."
"Me?!" Ying's eyes light up, practically on fire. "Really, Master?"
"Of course, it's yours."n! Thank you so much, Master. I'm going to absolutely destroy our enemies with this!"
Ying got his first boon from Aleron and eagerly absorbed the Symbios Gear before he was wrapped up in the cocoon.
Aleron wanted to distribute Abyssal Ignistar and Black Viridrake Symbios Gears when he gave the Symbios Gears to Fang, Riki, Liang, and Ruan, but he had decided who to give those two Symbios Gears and withheld them.
Once he was done here, Aleron's avatar teleported and appeared in the Yorin's Alchemy House.
...
In the space station above,
"Lord Graystar, I need permission to take leave for a few days," a Draconite warrior with a powerful aura said while looking at a crystal orb in front of him.
A gray-skinned handsome man with starry gray eyes on his long and shapely face appeared in
the crystal orb.
"Why?" Warlord Graystar asked his expression deadpan.
"My brother was killed on our main planet..."
Warlord Graystar narrowed his eyes, "You know the rules, Karthos. If the killer is a talented
seed under a General or marked by one, you will not do anything."
Karthos firmly nodded, "I will abide by the rules."
"Go and finish the business," Warlord Graystar nodded. "We are getting more guests from the upper cosmos. They are seeking to create a cooperation between the top forces and the
Cosmic Will might get influenced by them as well."
"Make sure to get more talented seeds for our forces."
"Understood. I will hold a tournament as well," Karthos nodded.
"Once you are done, we are going to target a territory that lost its Warlord."
"Oh? Who died or got slaved by another?" Karthos asked in surprise.
"That Demon Lord Narazar. I knew that Ant was going to get stepped on sooner or later. If not
by others, then by us. Anyway, hurry up with the business there because the conquest of that territory will start after five days."
"We are up against three more Warlord factions who want a piece of that territory and
population."
"I shall quickly finish my matter," Karthos nodded, a glint in his eyes.
...
"Sit," Aleron sat back on his comfortable couch chair while creating three chairs before him
for Eustus, Marlina, and the guilty Remos who was still restrained by Aleron's skill.
"So, what have you decided?" Aleron asked, his eyes narrowed and sharp. "Just know that
regardless of your decision, this Remos here is going to die."
"Will you kill others too?" Marlina asked, her expression somber.
Aleron calmly smiled as he answered, "Unless circumstances that render me helpless arise, I
won't stand by and let go of the bad apples I encounter."
"We have decided to..." Eustus finally spoke, his tone firm, but eyes shaking.
