After all, during the beginning phase for newcomers, the priority for healing equipment wasn't as high as for offensive gear.

Hook-Nosed Granny frowned and instructed the Witches, "Come forth, one by one."
Well, perhaps the captains and vice captains of the Sacred Order of Knights, like Li Wei whom Ma Lu had met before, might be able to command her, but definitely not a new knight like Ma Lu.
So Ma Lu quickly shifted his gaze and began to size up the seven witches.
Most of them were, as Thorn Hawk had said, quite ordinary, until Ma Lu's eyes landed on a girl named Ouroboros Serpent.
Her attack power was only 4 points, even less than Yun Que's before she switched weapons, but her HP was a little higher than the other six, at 61 points.
That still fell short of the Hellhound and Bliss Bird, but what truly surprised Ma Lu was her attribute of sin value.
Her maximum sin value was 5 points higher than Thorn Hawk, reaching a full 200 points, and Ma Lu also discovered she came with as many as four skills.
Amongst a bunch of R cards, was there really a hidden SR card? No, with such an obvious top model of sin values and number of skills, she could probably be considered an SSR card.
Ma Lu looked through the Ouroboros Serpent's information again but couldn't find anything unusual about her; her grades, and past performance at school, were all fairly average, not much different from the six witches beside her.
Even the skills only had one registered.
This one... keeps a deep cover.
Ma Lu stroked his chin; he had come to this plane to collect ingredients, and he wasn't very keen on getting involved in complicated matters.
But the strength of the Ouroboros Serpent was indeed quite remarkable; most importantly, she fit the profile well. Her high sin value cap and so many skills obviously pointed to the mage's path.
If he could add her to his team, not only could he activate the Formation Function, but he could also fill the void of magic-based professions.
