Chapter 56 Rent A House In Dark Sky City

Ye Kai stood in awe before the enormous gate that loomed before him. He gazed up at the dark metal door, its intricate carvings of snakes and dragons glinting in the midday sun. The entrance to Dark Sky City was intimidating, yet somehow inviting.

Exhausted, Ye Ming heaved a sigh of relief. She had been stuck in the carriage for three days, and it had been more tiring than she had expected. There wasn't much to look at outside, and she had only been able to sleep in a bed for one of the days. The rest of the time, she'd been camping out in the wild.

"Brother, let's go. I just want to get some rest," Ye Ming pleaded as she tugged on Ye Kai's sleeve.

Ye Nuan and Rong Ying walk behind them while looking around the city.

The city was magnificent, with big houses and buildings and market stalls, many great stalls, and people. It was so vibrant that it seemed to hum. The young and old chattered happily, and the streets stank of hot food and perfume. Women in colorful clothes walked arm in arm with their children, while men shoved each other good-naturedly. Ye Ming looked at the city, and her heart thumped in her chest. She pulled Ye Kai into a stall to buy candy, then dolls and wooden toys, then clothes.

"Stop, we will buy more but for now stop it," Ye Kai couldn't help but said, he looked at his mother and Rong Ying and saw two of them did not have any intention of carrying the things Ye Ming bought.

"You are the strong man and brother of her," Ye Nuan shrugged and smiled, then her eyes fall on the beautiful dress, as she pulled Rong Ying to check it out.

Ye Kai had a black line on his head, if not because he didn't want to show inventory in front of people he would store all things inside it, and looking around he didn't find any place where he could get alone.

Then they spend more than two hours in shopping, Ye Kai was glad that Rong Ying helped with carrying stuff, though she only carried his mother and her things, nevertheless it was helpful to him.

The sun rise on their head, it was time for lunch, but eating random stuff at stalls filled their appetite.

So they looked for a place to stay for the night. However, they couldn't find a place, not even single rooms.

"It's a real pain if we can't find a place," Ye Nuan sighed, glancing at her shoulders where she had been carrying Ye Ming, who had gotten tired from all the walking around the city and was now fast asleep.

"Who said it was a good idea to shopping around instead of finding an inn," Ye Kai glanced at her and shook his head.

He had to find an inn, otherwise, it would big problem for his plan to conquer his fourth mother, Rong Ying.

"Well, if we don't find then we can spend the night in a forest," Rong Ying said with an emotionless face.

Ye Kai and Ye Nuan looked at her, but then Ye Kai understood, she used to stay in wild, so there was no problem staying in wild but its not true for him, his mother, and his sister.

"No, we have to find a inn," Ye Nuan shook her head and then thought for while.

Before coming here, she researched all about Dark Sky City and knew that in two days a Dark Sky Light Show would happen.

The Dark Sky Light Show happened once in three months, and because of this, the Dark Sky City inn filled, and from the looked of it, it seemed there was a zero possibility of finding an inn.

Ye Nuan frowned then sighed and said, "Let's rent a house, anyway we are planning to rent one."

"Why?" Rong Ying asked.

"Fourth mother, we were planning to move this city, that's why," Ye Kai said.

Ye Kai's plan was to earn some money before renting a house, but since there was no other way, he didn't mind changing the plan.

Rong Ying understand and nodded, and thought for while before and said, "Then I would also move with you."

"Huh? Are you sure? This, you know right, it's mean getting divorced from that man, so," Ye Nuan looked at her and said.

"I don't care about him, if isn't because of you I would move away a long ago," Rong Ying said.

She only married because of Ye Lie, but she went missing for ten years, and there was no way to find her again, so she didn't have any reason to stay in Green City and still be married with that man.

Ye Nuan nodded, then made herself comfortable carrying Ye Ming and then walked.

Then Ye Nuan looked for a long time to find a house that Ye Kai had requested.

It had two small bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and there was only one bed in each room.

"Mother," Ye Ming smiled at her, "You and I can stay in this room, and you can let brother and fourth mother share the other one."

Ye Nuan glared at her daughter. Ye Nuan understood that his daughter didn't want her to have any time with her son, and also for the past seven days, because of fourth mother, she hadn't sex with him, it's unbearable, before she had sex everyday, and now suddenly gone, it's really unbearable.

Ye Nuan wanted to spend a night with her son, but she knew she couldn't, at least not for now. Even if Ye Ming hadn't said it, she had the plan of letting Ye Kai and her fourth sister live in one room.

She had enough money to rent an even bigger house, but as per the request of her son, she had chosen this house.

She sighed and asked, "Are you okay with the arrangement sister?"

"Yes, I don't have a problem," Rong Ying nodded with an emotionless face but her heart was screaming, she looked at Ye Ming with a resentful gaze, as if she stole something precious.

Rong Ying couldn't do anything and only agree to this arrangement.

Ye Kai looked at his mother, and felt a little bad, he knew his mother didn't like the idea of being in a harem, but what could he do, he had a requirement to conquer woman to become Martial Art Master, and he choose fourth mother for it.

Yes, Ye Kai explained the system to his mother weeks ago, after all, he didn't have any reason to lie when he conquer his mother.
