Jake decided to make his crystal wolves train. He also decided to summon others of them for not fighting purposes. First of all, he had forgotten about looking for magic herbs in the world since he completed the tutorial. So, he made the wolves memorize the scent of his herbs and made them look for others. Meanwhile, he decided to chop some trees and then make some carts out of them. If his guess was right, the wolves would become adults once they reach level fifty, and then they will be strong enough to pull those. Still, it was just an estimation. Having many of those would be useful as long as they can eat a lot to grow stronger.
One thing that Jake noticed was the fact that he ate a piece of meat that was half of his size. Magnus still was waiting for more. That was suspicious, so Jake wanted to confirm if they could keep eating and getting stronger that fast. Still, making them eat other wolves seemed a bit wrong, so Jake decided to prepare for another mission and let them eat as much as they wanted there.
"Frederick said that the front lines are two missions ahead of me, so there is a chance that I will find some people in the next world," Jake thought.
Jake never saw summons, so they must be particularly rare, so his whip must be pretty valuable, but he wouldn't feel good selling that kind of thing. Who knows in whose hands those might fall… with a weapon like that, any asshole could create an army and destroy towns and even cities.
After Jake finished the first part, the wolves returned, and he frowned when he noticed that they didn't bring anything… he thought that dozens of the herbs were buried under the snow, but it seemed that his guess was wrong.
"Well, let's check the next world… the monsters will be difficult for these guys, but they should be fine looking for the plants in the areas away from the dungeons," Jake thought. "The only problem will be if other people find them and think that they are monsters…"
To avoid that, Jake decided to make some collars from them, some loose collars since they were growing… loose collars as well, just to be safe. In any case, Jake made them using wood, but he also added a message on them to make sure that those who mess with his companions would be warned… if they do anything to them… death won't be swift.

Jake furrowed his eyebrows when he saw the latest addition to the quest list… he was supposed to hunt some Storm Eagles… he could tell that they would be using electric attacks, so his Thunder Knight class would come in handy. Still, he won't be able to use Thunder Slash.
"In any case, flying monsters that can use electric attacks… following Pokemon logic, they should receive two times more damage from electric attacks, but the reality isn't that convenient…" Jake thought.
Jake had some ideas on how to deal with them, but he could imagine most people having a hard time dealing with that kind of enemy. Louise would be pretty good support against those enemies, so Jake could imagine Frederick itching to count on her against that kind of challenge. Regardless, while touching one of the carts, Jake selected the mission.
As soon as he appeared, Jake almost slimmed his pants when a massive lightning bolt fell in the distance. It seemed as thick as a large building, so that much power could probably wipe out an entire army of any species. To make things worse, several smaller lightning bolts fell around the area in the next few seconds.
"What the actual fuck…" Jake said.
It was hard to tell if it was night in that world, but everything around sure was dark. The sky was completely taken over by storm clouds, and the rain that was falling was so intense that Jake could barely hear his own thoughts.
"This might be a bit bad…" Jake thought.
After putting the crystal wolves on the cart, Jake began to pull it toward the place that massive lightning bolt fell. In the end, Jake couldn't see much twenty meters away from him, and looking at the sky was even more difficult. The enemies will have many chances of attacking him by surprise.
In fact, it didn't take long for Jake's instincts to start to bother him. He could tell that something was about to happen, but he couldn't say from where… All of a sudden, Jake saw a beam of light in the sky, and then he saw a Thunder Spear falling toward him and a giant white and yellow eagle behind it. Jake didn't even have time to dodge or block the attack with his sword… if he fell down stupidly fast and then hit his chest.
Jake felt like he was a nail, and a massive hammer had hit him… he got completely paralyzed… if he hadn't used Thunder Armor, he certainly would have been hit by the full power of the spell. However, only half of the damage was caused, but he still lost seventy percent of his health.
"I guess this is the first time a random mob almost kills me… the boss of the dungeon must be a beast like no other, I guess," Jake thought.
