'I'll try it more during battles,' Noah thought allowing the energy within the claws to disperse. He didn't like that wastage of essence, but considering that the amount he had inputted barely moved his overall reserves, he left the matter.

'It'll be hard to run out of essence now,' Noah mused focusing on the rolled rope after removing the gloves and storing them in his inventory.

He picked it up rather than the second orb and as he expected, a panel popped up revealing the information about the weapon.

The not-so-lengthy description of the whip managed to leave Noah startled. All its abilities were actually crazy, with the last one being the most mind-blowing one.

"All moves. And anything within the range," Noah muttered wondering how such would even be possible unless the whip could multiply itself or something.

He pushed the matter to the back of his mind and relived the whip of the buckle holding it together. The material of the whip fell to the floor at that point, and Noah held the metallic handle that almost resembled that of a swords if not for its plainness.

Sending speed essence to his palm, Noah watched the whip's handle absorb the available energy and it transformed before his eyes.

The normally plain and black material of the whip including its handle, seemed to fall off as a beautiful purple color was revealed to him.

A red gem emerged from the handle and Noah watched what resembled multiple teeth exit the whip itself, riddling it with their sharp features. Noah quickly understood them to be serpent teeth. The whip's tip gained a pointed purple blade featuring jagged edges.

The red gem close to the very tip of the now scaled handle shone with yellow runes swirling within it. Closely followed by that event was the appearance of crimson runic symbols on the whip's almost metallic material. That signified the end of its transformation, and Noah loved the view.

Moving it around, Noah sighed knowing he would hardly ever utilize the weapon. Whips would be difficult to implement in battles without proper training. And he had not the latter. Nevertheless, he appreciated it and stored it in his inventory before focusing on the second orb.

Picking the orb, he crushed it before a panel could appear.

A crimson-colored bell appeared in front of Noah after the yellow light died down. He had already read the one ability the bell of dishonor had, and it needless to say left him taken aback. It reminded him of the skill that could push his power to tier 4, but this time it held no backlash.

"I've gotten another really useful ability," Noah grinned inspecting the bell.

The crimson bell stood at a height of around 7 inches. Its surface featured an innumerable amount of yellow runic symbols, and after pushing essence into it, Noah watched the runic symbols glow brighter, and a connection was made between him and it. All he needed to do was ring the bell, and its ability would be activated.

Storing the glowing bell within his inventory, Noah's eyes fell on the books placed on his bed. According to the system, they were skill books. He understood it needless to say.

Picking the purple book, Noah opened it and watched it light up with magical circles of different colors.

Noah naturally yes skeptical that the spell would even work, but to his surprise, he watched the blank pages of the skill book light up with beautiful purple light as the illusory figure of a serpent's head appeared on it, after which the book caught purple flames, the weirdly un-burnt particles merged to form a magical circle one that Noah felt compelled to stare at.

Staring at the magical circle caused a reaction in Noah's mind as the same magical circle appeared in his soul realm and shot into his soul core.

The book completely vanished at that point, and Noah soon felt information trickle into his mind. The skills in's and out's were available to him in that instant.

The process had taken less than three seconds to complete, but it had almost felt like minutes to him.
