Chapter 310 310. DEMONSTRATION

"There are ten forms which I'll be teaching you, and the next will be increasingly harder than the last."

"With the journey to mastering those forms, comes the discipline that was forged with the addition of the three martial arts. In short, you won't only be learning the Forms, but the basics as well. And note that it will be a long journey." she paused and continued when Noah nodded.

Elder Sarah went on to tell him the names of the forms, and she began by telling him how it wasn't compulsory to memorize the names of the forms since they'll be revising them. Noah didn't care less and stored them in his head nonetheless.

The first form was called, "Static surge". The second form; "Thunder and Flash". The third; "Thunder Clap". The fourth; "Static Torrent". The fifth; "Flash". The sixth; "Bolts of raining palm". The seventh; "Unholy Flash". The eight; "Thunder and Lightning". The ninth; "Thunder void strike". And finally the tenth form; "Domain of the Roiling thunder".

Surely Noah expected the secret arts next, but she denied him their names, saying he only needed to know the first ten since only after leaning them would he be capable of comprehending the last three.

The reality left him slightly disappointed, but when she told him she would give him a demonstration of the first three, his disappointment naturally evaporated.

Ushering him backwards with the wave of her hand, Noah jumped backwards and performed a back-flip. He had begun to do stunts also. His body was simply too loose to not try them out.

Not minding his show of skill one bit, Lady Sarah opened her mouth to speak.

"The first form, is called Static Surge, its name should very well explain its description," She started, spreading her lags a bit, before bending her knees slightly. "I'm doing this slowly because I'm demonstrating. In real life I should already have started," she spoke as her aura continued to rise in intensity.

"This form can be used with either punches or simple palm strikes for beginners," she explained, but before Noah knew it. Her aura got so dense that it began to choke him and with a resounding boom she let out her first punch.

Shock waves spread in all direction at that point, as Noah could clearly feel that the punch belonged to the very peak of the middle stage.

Less than an instant later she let out four more punches, each preceding one more powerful than the last. The result was dense compression's of wind energy flying at incredible speeds, faster than his eyes could comfortably follow!

What followed was a barrage of punches far faster than the last and stronger. Everything within the room got so chaotic that Noah found himself crossing his arms in front of his face. Not to talk of the shock waves that ravaged the room with their violent power.

Merely a few seconds since the start of her demonstration, Noah had to cast his armor spell to protect himself from their power. However, not even that stopped sheer force from reaching his insides as the power within her barrage of punches continued to climb.

"The form forces me to stay in one position as I unleash these attacks, but with enough mastery you should be able to do this-" her voice rang out amid the sonic booms the sheer power contained in her fists produced.

Immediately her words ended, Noah saw that she changed direction and aimed her punches towards the left side of the room. She continued to rotate until she did a 360 turn. But at some point he had to focus on keeping his life.

Muliix formed a breast plate while also being under the constantly crumbling speed force armor. The power in her attacks had long since crossed the higher stage, and had started to injure him.

Less than a minute after she began she suddenly stopped, relieving Noah of his need for protection. Everything also dies down with her halt.

"That is the first form of the martial art, Static, its the less interesting form and probably the weakest, but it requires an insane level of breathing control anyway, since don't forget, I want to exhaust as little energy as I can when I attack," she explained baffling a listening Noah.

'She's incredible,' Noah shuddered inwardly, he recalled her fists being so fast that they seemed to be in many places at the same time, eventually he couldn't even follow her arms movement since they had become too fast.

"The first and really important discipline I'll be teaching you is breathing control, since that is the only way you can pour out your body's full power without draining your stamina in mere seconds." Her tone had become like that of someone teaching a person but also enjoying it.

Noah nodded at her words, but continued to replay the scene of her sudden burst in power and force. He noted that her aura had been the first detail before the actual attacks were released. It had gotten so dense that when it exploded his senses were startled for a few seconds. Such an event would leave an opening in his opponents defense. At least that was what he believed.

"The second form Thunder and Flash," she announced not moving from her position. But Noah continued to move backwards, there was something about those words that sounded threatening now that they came from her mouth and she was ready to demonstrate them.

"Thunder!" she proclaimed stumping her left leg on the ground then her right leg. The event astonishingly caused the entire room to tremble, then the world seemed to go silent.

A dense aura overflowing with incredible prowess and experience exploded in the room barely a second later, and Noah could almost touch the aura! Her focus soon reached its peak and he watched her take a deep breath, before letting it out slowly.

"And Flash," she muttered before exploding forth and reappearing in ten different places at the exact same time.

An even heavier explosion of her unfolded aura occurred at that point, as instinctive fear based on his survival instincts seeped into his mind.

All ten of her figures flickered into one at some point, revealing that Lady Sarah had never left her position. Before he could react however, Noah watched thin tendrils of green electrical currents begin to exit her body.

Her hair had begun to rise up from her head and her eyes had started to blaze like a torch. Even more erratic sparks began to build up from thin air all around her, lighting her surrounding with a deep shade of green. A spectacular scene to say the least.

"I'm sorry... I've gotten so proficient with this form that my lightning affinity can't help but act out without even my permission. This is why only lightning affinity wielders can learn this technique. It brings us closer to our affinity until we can't tell the difference between both." Her voice sounded like it had been charged, almost mechanic, as it dripped with deep electrical currents capable of killing him in one go.

Heck, she sounded like what he expected a goddess would sound like. Terrifying and powerful. Her aura had become so dense, it made the entire room emit a buzzing sound!

"This is the level of mastery I desire you to reach," she announced turning into a streak of blinding green light. Her figure flashed and appeared all around Noah until he couldn't even tell where she was. This was the second form of the Roiling thunder technique at its peak mastery.
