CH 172

–A week has passed since that questionable night.

The cleanup was difficult, and the headmaster brought back the remains of the monsterized adventurers and called for the vigilance group in the Capital and other territories about the incident. There was no perpetrator, but the mastermind was still there and it was important to tell them.

We found out their identities from the cards and were told by Hauzen-san and Mizuki-san that they were a party that had not been well behaved.

“I’ll probably make an apron out of tanned scales? Then a wand for protection later! I’ve also brought some magic-enhancing gems.”

Luciel sticks out her tongue and says while pulling an aquamarine gem out of a bag. After the kidnapping, she thought about the importance of her skills and how to use them, and began to train her magic as a means of self-defense.

Soon, we all descended the mountain together and headed for the same inn as last time.

I asked, and the lady at the inn smiled and nodded.

“Heh~, maybe it went well. At any rate, I’d like to borrow one of your rooms for now.”

“Is it okay? I’ll lend you a futon for the number of people.”

Ryuuze shook his head, not wanting to remember.

Nevertheless, It was worth lending our swords to them because they are starting to thrive. I can’t wait to see how my sword turns out.
