Villain Ch 252. Torture Show [Part 2]

Their hearts raced with adrenaline. They turned their attention to the source of the voice. Standing near them was none other than Grimora, one of the notorious villains in the game. Clad in a provocative outfit that resembled a sexy nun's attire, she exuded an aura of wickedness and danger.

Grimora's attire hugged her curves tightly, leaving little to the imagination. The fabric clung to her body, accentuating every contour and emphasizing her ample bosom. It was a stark contrast to Yora's innocent healer robe, which was pure white and exuded a sense of charm and purity.

Grimora emerged from the shadows. Her undead army followed suit, their red eyes piercing through the darkness. The creatures that stood before them were none other than the Green Ghouls, Grimora's obedient minions. Their decaying flesh hung loosely from their bones, their ragged clothes barely concealing their grotesque figures. There were at least fifty of them, their collective gaze fixated on Mac and his companions.

Grimora halted her advance, stopping a mere ten meters away from the startled team. A wicked grin crept across her face as she surveyed her captives. "Well, well, well. It seems trapping you was easier than I anticipated," she taunted, her voice laced with a twisted satisfaction. The absence of the ranged player in Mac's team had worked in her favor, making it even easier for her to execute her malicious plans.

Mac and the rest of the team were bewildered by Grimora's sudden attack. Why were they being targeted? The question raced through their minds as they struggled to break free from the skeleton hands, their hearts pounding with fear and confusion.

They knew one thing for sure: they had to get out of there, and fast. But with these undead armies and hands, they didn't know how they could do it.

The team quickly devised a plan to escape. Mac gestured for them to move back-to-back, forming a defensive circle. This way, they could watch each other's backs and minimize the chances of being caught off guard.

Greg, Yora, and Player_Eater prepared for the impending onslaught. They tightened their grip on their weapons and steeled themselves for battle. Player_Eater, with his expertise in mid-ranged attacks, took the position in the center, ready to strike down any approaching undead.

Grimora, reveling in the thrill of the hunt, laughed sinisterly. "Attack them!" she commanded, a wicked glint in her eyes. With a wave of her hand, the undead troops lunged forward, launching themselves at the team with savage aggression.

The Ghouls charged at them, their eerie grunts echoing through the dense forest. Mac and his team were thrust into a high-stakes battle they hadn't anticipated, and their hearts pounded in their chests. They had to think quickly and act even faster if they wanted to survive this deadly encounter.

With each passing moment, the relentless onslaught of the undead intensified. Bony hands kept emerging from the ground, grasping at their legs, impeding their movements. Mac and Greg wielded their weapons with precision, slashing through the Ghouls that surrounded them. Every swing brought a sense of satisfaction as they sent the creatures to the ground, but it seemed like an endless wave of undead kept coming.

"Damn, there's no end to these boneheads!" Greg exclaimed, frustration evident in his voice. He hacked through another pair of bony hands that dared to approach him.

Yora felt a flicker of panic surge within her. As the team's healer, she focused on casting buffs to support her companions from harm, but the relentless onslaught made it hard to keep up. The forest was filled with a chaotic symphony of clashing weapons, grunts, and desperate shouts.

"We need to find a way out of this mess," Mac shouted, trying to make himself heard above the cacophony. He scanned the area, searching for a safe spot where they could momentarily find an escape route from the relentless assault.

"There!" he shouted, pointing to a direction.

"I will make the way!" Amidst the chaos, Player_Eater summoned his Mandragora.

Player_Eater's Mandragora emerged from the shadows, the sight was both fascinating and unsettling. Its body was a twisted amalgamation of vines, leaves, and sharp thorns. Its eyes glowed with an otherworldly hue, and its long, sinewy tendrils writhed with an instinctual hunger for battle.

With a deafening screech, the Mandragora unleashed its fury upon the bony hands that surrounded Mac and his team. Its razor-sharp tendrils tore through the air, slashing and thrashing with relentless force. The Ghouls' grip weakened as the Mandragora's tendrils sliced through their skeletal fingers, providing a small window of opportunity for the team to escape.

Mac and Greg fought with unwavering determination, their weapons whirling through the air in a deadly dance. They swung their weapons with precision, cutting down Ghouls that dared to approach. With each strike, bone fragments shattered and fell to the ground, creating a macabre symphony of destruction.

As the Mandragora continued to tear apart the bony hands, Mac and his team gradually broke free from their clutches. They retreated, their movements swift and calculated, all the while keeping a vigilant eye on the encroaching Ghouls.

Despite their efforts to break free, Grimora appeared strangely unfazed by their resistance. Her smile widened, revealing a glimmer of amusement in her eyes.

With each step she took, the ground seemed to tremble beneath her feet. Her presence commanded attention, and the aura of power that surrounded her sent shivers down their spines. It was as if she was relishing in the chaos she had unleashed upon them.

Grimora's undead army formed a protective barrier around her, intercepting any tendrils or attacks that aimed to reach her.

"Is this just a game to her?" Greg muttered through gritted teeth, his frustration palpable. "She's toying with us!"

Mac nodded in agreement, his mind racing to find a strategy amidst the chaos. Grimora's actions seemed calculated as if she were purposely orchestrating this encounter for her own amusement. It was clear that the stakes were higher than they initially thought. This was not merely a random attack, but a carefully planned event to inject tension into the game.
