"She came to China 7 years back."

"For the initial 2 years, she taught the computer to kids at a learning center and also enrolled herself in a distance learning software engineering course."

"And surprisingly brother, she topped the entire university. She even surpassed the marks of regular course students by a big margin and got herself a job at Phoenix Enterprises."

"After 2 years she shifted her job and joined Phoenix Enterprises as an employee. For the last 5 years, she is working for Phoenix enterprises as a software engineer but rarely goes to the office. The maximum time she works from home only. In these past years, she had developed more than fifty soft wares for the company. And I've checked, these are the best software available in the market today."

"Rarely goes to the office?" Feng Jianyu finds it odd.

"Yes, brother… watching her exceptional talent, the company gave her permission to work from home."

"What is her annual salary?"

"I was thinking the same… getting a villa like this does not come cheap."

"And?"

"Brother you will be surprised to know that in return for the software developed, whatever she demands is provided by the company without any question."

"This villa is provided by the company… And this is the first thing that she demanded from them… However, all the traps and security system is done by her personally."

"What rumor," Feng Jianyu curiously asked.

"Cough… Other employees in the company think that she is the mistress of the president of the Phoenix Enterprises."

"President of Phoenix Enterprises? Isn't he the famous Mr. X, about whom nobody has ever heard of?"

"Exactly brother…. He is nicknamed as Mr. X because of his mysterious identity."

"What's with so much security?"

"No idea brother… She shifted here around 4 years back… and before that, she lived as a paying guest for some time and then in a rented apartment."

"What else? What about her life before 7 years?"

"That… brother…..i…i…!!"

Seeing him hesitating, Feng Jianyu took the paper and started reading it himself.

"What is this? This information only tells about her last 7 years! What about the rest?" Feng Jianyu frowned looking at the limited information.

"Brother… I asked my team to investigate about her the moment we met, but even after 24 hours, they could not find anything related to her before 7 years. This only means one thing, that someone deliberately deleted her information. But the question is who? And why? And why is she not retaliating?" Feng Junjie ran a tired hand in his hair.

"Not retaliating? That's because she herself deleted it…" Feng Jianyu scoffed.

"Brother… how can you be so sure?"

"She is an expert software engineer… so hacking will not be difficult for her and….." He paused and thought that 7 years ago also she didn't provide any information about her.

"Brother this means that something must have happened in her past which is why she is keeping it hidden."

"Hmmm… keep looking into it."

"OK brother"

"What about the contract? Did you get it?" Feng Jianyu asked.

"Oh yes… I almost forgot about it," Feng Junjie exclaimed. "My assistant mailed me the contract when I was on my way back, I too haven't read it yet…. Wait let me forward you the mail."

Feng Jianyu's phone received the email. He read the details and at the same time, Feng Junjie also did the same.

After some time Feng Junjie annoyedly threw his phone on the table, "What the hell? What type of weird contract is this? Nothing is explicit…Why dad would sign such a weird contract with her… it feels like they are talking in a coded language… Brother do you have any idea about this?" Feng Junjie asked. Suddenly he pondered about something, "And don't you think I got the contract details way too easily… I mean with dad's capabilities, he can easily make sure that no-one found out about it," Feng Junjie feels like it was one of his dad's set up.

Feng Jianyu's eyes narrowed as he thought about it and a wicked smile appeared on his face.

Seeing that wicked smile Feng Junjie's heart skipped a beat. This is the dangerous smile that his brother gave when he sees through someone's plan.

'Does brother understood dad's plan? What is it that brother understood but I don't?'

"Brother, what happened? What are you thinking?" He could not stop himself from asking.

Feng Jianyu gave a mysterious look, "I will tell you…. But first, you will go and check where dad is… I am sure he has already left the country along with our mother..... and there is no way we can contact him."

Hearing this Feng Junjie can't believe his ears.

"On it brother… I will immediately call Feng Manor… this will take just a minute," He dialed a number to inquire about his father's whereabouts.
