Chapter 147 - What do you know about Infinity Software?

Because of the latest turmoil in the Feng Corporation due to the downfall of Infinity Software, and Feng Jianyu's ignorance towards the entire situation has sent all the investors in the state of panic.

The conference room was engrossed in a heated discussion. The shareholders have been waiting for two hours, but the one who will preside the meeting was nowhere to be seen.

This is the first time CEO Feng Jianyu was late for a meeting. Otherwise, he always keeps his work ethics first.

Shareholders are upset because their most profitable product is taken down by a new product within one week of its launch and the company failed miserably to plan a countermeasure.

Ignoring the company's overall progress under the leadership of Feng Jianyu, now they have started doubting his capabilities due to this one failed project. So some of the shareholders joined hands to call for this emergency meeting.

"Dr. Wang, where is CEO Feng? We have been waiting for two hours? Please call your brother fast, we don't have entire day" One of the impatient investor named Gu Lan asked Wang Shi rudely.

"Exactly, how can CEO Feng make us wait like this? Isn't he always punctual? Now what happen?" Another investor named Ha Wutin butted in. Although he only owns 5% of Feng Corporation shares, his attitude was like that of a major investor.

Feng Junjie who was sitting beside Wang Shi gritted his teeth in anger hearing these derogatory remarks on his brother. He would have long smashed their faces if it was not for Wang Shi who discreetly patted his left hand and gestured him not to act recklessly. "Be patient Junjie. Let Jianyu come first"

But is Wang Shi a saint? No! How can he leave them without giving a proper reply!!? "Mr. Gu, I was wondering what happen to your DREAM PROJECT that CEO Feng declined to invest his money in? As you don't have entire day to waste, why not utilize your time by putting your proposal in front of the investors here" Hearing this Gu Lan's face turned red in embarrassment as he avoided his gaze from the investors. It's been years, but not even a single investor is ready to invest in his project.

Next Wang Shi looked at Ha Wutin and smiled similarly, "Mr. Ha I wanted to...…"

"Cough….. Dr. Wang Shi please, I'm sorry for my rude remark." Before Wang Shi could say anything more, Ha Wutin apologised beforehand to avoid being getting embarrassed.

After another 30 minutes, Feng Jianyu entered the conference room, and with him entered his cold and intimidating aura. The discussion comes to the halt instantly, and everyone's gaze stuck at the unbeatable ruler of Feng Corporation. He was followed by his assistant Rong Xiang who was holding a folder in his hands.

Feng Jianyu took the main seat, and looked sharply at the members sitting at the table. After a brief pause he spoke firmly, "I will give you all 30 minutes to clear the purpose of this emergency meeting" he ordered nonchalantly.

Among the shareholders, a particular man in his 30's, luxuriously dressed in formal is sitting conspicuously as one of the important member affiliated to Infinity Software. Since his arrival, no one has heard him speak to anyone or put a viewpoint in front of the members, as though he is here just for the formality.

The man saw Feng Jianyu's mighty demeanor, and his lips curled into a condescending smile. As he heard Jianyu, giving 30 minutes of time for the meeting, the condescension within him grew.

'Huh!! 30 minutes? Does he really think these shareholders can be handled in 30 minutes? Feng Jianyu… dream on. These shareholders are going to haunt you for the next two days…. Soon you will be left with no option but to collaborate with Kong family.'

Feng Jianyu's gaze collided with this man. The derision in this man's eyes didn't go unnoticed by Jianyu. He is very well aware of the mastermind behind this emergency meeting is non-other than this cunning 'Kong Wen'.

Kong Wen discreetly nodded at a Gu Lan who was sitting opposite him to start. On getting a head-on, Gu Lan spoke haughtily. "CEO Feng, as we have limited time than let me come straight to the point. We want to know why no action has been taken to protect Infinity Software against SIRIUS?"

Feng Jianyu asked coolly, "What do you know about Infinity Software?"

The member replied proudly, "Of course everything. It's the highest profit generating product of the company, contributing around 20% in revenue. Its market share is almost 90% causing it to be used as the primary operating software in maximum computers." There was a short pause and everybody looks towards Feng Jianyu in anticipation.
