When the class ended, Lisa immediately called out to me and told me to stay behind, using the excuse that I was the only one that was able to brew the potion in the entire class as a reason to talk to me.
The other students in the class thought nothing about it, chalking it up to Lisa discussing alchemy or something with me.
By the way, quite a number of them did not even manage to get the preparations done right, messing up at even the processing of the herb. It looks like it really would be a long time before one of them would succeed.
Lisa waited until the last student walked out of the class before she got up from her desk to go lock the door. She then pulled a lever by the side which also closed the shutters on the window, locking them in place.
"Ehehe~ Those are just in case a gaseous type of poison gets made inside the class and we can lock it in to purify it instead of allowing it to leak outside... It's also soundproof too~"
Well... I know why she's telling me all this so I simply shrugged.
Lisa then turned towards me and I saw her pull off something that looked like a ring from her index finger.
Almost instantly, her figure rippled like the surface of a pool of water and the illusion that was hiding her true form broke apart, revealing her curvaceous and extremely sexy Infrid form.
Lisa started walking towards me with an exaggerated sway of her hips, all the while having a lascivious grin on her face.
"Ehehe~ Looks like we're all alone in this room, Aster~ Whatever will two futas do in such a situation?"
I pretended to be intimidated by her and backed myself to my table, leaning my back against it.
"Ah... I don't know, professor Lisa... What do they do?"
She grabbed a chair on the way and placed it in front of me.
I was wondering just what she was going to use the chair for when she sat down on it with the pose of an attentive student while looking at me with bright eyes.
"Futa taaaalk!" She squealed girlishly, her hands squirming in front of her chest excitedly. "Let's go! Tell me all the details! Don't leave anything out! How was your first time? Who was it with? Were they male or female? How many partners? Did you cum from both sides or just one?"
I blinked at her a few times, realising her eyes were even sparkling in the light as she awaited my answers.
Ah... So it was that kind of 'intimate talk'... Alright then.
I took a deep breath, "It was mind blowing, with one of my maids, female, just one partner and I came from both sides."
"Kyaaaa! That sounds amazing!! Ahhh!! What I would give to see it for myself!! Kuuuuhhh!! I envy that maid of yours! Eh... Wait... Maid? Is Aster a noble?"
"Ah... I didn't tell you?"
"By Hiandoca, no! This is news to me!! No way, no way! This can't be happening!!" Lisa cried out, standing up from her chair quickly and almost knocking it over.
I tilted my head at her, surprised that she was actually freaking out to this extent.
"Umm... Lisa? What's wrong?"
She turned to me with a look of terror on her face, "Aster... Are you... Are you one of them too?"
"One of who?"
"Those nobles... Who believe that other races are--- Oh wait. You're a Meslatar, not a Mahun..."
I raised my skirt slightly and let my tail peek out from under the hem, "Uh-huh... Did you forget?"
Lisa scratched her cheek, "Ehehehe... Kind of... I like you not because of your Meslatar features after all, so I forgot~"
"Right... You were saying something about Mahun nobles?"
She sighed, "Ugh... I suppose now is as good a time as any... I'll tell you the reason why I have to hide myself using this artefact..."
She took out the ring she had been wearing and placed it on her palm.
[Drebann's Veil - A ring imbued with the blessing of God Drebann. Allows the wearer to hide from almost all forms of identification including visual and magical means. Those around you will be unable to perceive your appearance when you wear it.]
Oh wow, it's a ring that has one of the god's of this World's blessing, no wonder it possesses such a powerful effect.
"Before you ask, this ring was given to me by Grandmother before she passed... It was something she had found during her Adventurer days. Aster already knows I used to be a slave right?"
I nodded, "And your grandmother used to be your owner before setting you free."
"That's right... I originated from Arwan Territory like most Infrids and I came to one of the towns on the edge of the Kingdom to seek a new life. Unfortunately, the place I was at discriminated against non-Mahuns quite a bit so I had to resort to stealing to survive. I then travelled deeper into the Kingdom hoping things would get better... But they did not, so I continued to steal. Eventually, I found myself here in the capital city."
I tilted my head, "Was the discrimination that bad?"
"It was. As long as you don't have a status within the Kingdom itself and you are visibly different from everyone else, the people around here aren't going to treat you well. I believe it's because of their history in their wars against most of the other races in the past, so a lot of the older generations have this mindset..."
"But... Why did you come here if it was that bad?"
"Ehehe~ Aster doesn't know eh? Arwan territory is literally a place centered around kratocracy. If you are strong, you can do anything you want while the weak have to endure always being in their shadows. I was still young and naive so I thought I would have a better life if I were to venture outside, only to wound up in this position. In some places, it's not so bad, but in other places... There are Mahuns who would literally beat you just because you look different."
Ah... Well... I suppose they aren't all that different from the humans in the previous World I guess...
I looked at her, "So what happened when you came to the capital city?"
She giggled, "Ehehe~ I got caught of course. And you already met my captor too~"
Ah, that knight huh... What was his name again? Victor or something?
She continued, "It was honestly just bad luck on my part. I don't mean to brag but I've gotten really proficient in the stealing and other crime stuff and I even learned how to blend myself in despite my appearance. But while I was doing my thing, some other Mahun thief was found and he tried to run away, bumping into me and drawing attention to me in the process. Thus I got caught alongside him."
Oh wow, that really is unlucky. It's one thing to be caught because of your own mistake and it's another when you get caught because of another's mistake.
"What happened after that?"
Lisa sighed, "Well, I became a criminal slave of course and Grandmother bought me later. I was expecting myself to be relegated to menial tasks but Grandmother actually took a liking to me and adopted me since she had no children of her own. I think she took pity on me since I was still young back the, Then the rest is history."
I raised an eyebrow at her, "That still doesn't explain your aversion to nobles?"
"Ah, I suppose I didn't~ Well... As I said, a lot of the older generations remember the wars and since most of the nobles in Lehcarouc kingdom take their traditions seriously, they hang on to the old way of thinking too. Thus, most of them are Mahun supremacists and I suffered quite a bit under them. It was to the point where I even got stoned once when I went outside, which was why Grandmother gave me this ring for my protection. Otherwise, even now, I might be attacked if others knew of who I really was."
"Eh? But don't people already know about you back when you were still a slave? Wouldn't they just attack you anyway even if you were hiding your true form?"
"Ehehehe~ I have Grandmother to thank for that actually. The only person who knows of my actual situation is Victor whom Grandmother made an agreement to have him keep it as a secret for me. Everyone else who knows about me thinks that Grandmother released me back to Arwan Territory while the current me was an Adventurer friend she met and agreed to take over the shop for her."
"That Victor guy certainly didn't look happy to be keeping your secret though?" I pointed out.
"Well... I guess saying that he was blackmailed into it would be a more apt description. He doesn't like me obviously but he won't reveal my secret at least~"
It really sounds like she went through a lot in her life.
"Have you thought of leaving this place for somewhere else though?" I asked.
She suddenly blushed, "I did... But... Ehehehe... I never told Aster but I'm also quite proficient in clairvoyance magic and I saw a very nice future happen if I chose to stay here~"
I did notice that she was peeking at me when she said that.
"Does that future have something to do with me?"
"Maybe? Ehehehe~ Anyway!! I think that's enough about me, Aster!! I made you stay back to listen to all the juicy details about your first time so come on! I want to hear all about it!!"
Ah well... I suppose I don't mind...
