Mi Xiaolin stood by the floor-to-ceiling window, watching Lei Jiangyong leave the villa. A cold smile crept onto her lips, “Idiot.”

As she spoke, the air behind her seemed to distort slightly, and an ethereal voice seemed to come from nowhere, “You didn’t say that when you seduced him into bed.”

Mi Xiaolin turned around and knelt on the floor, her voice coy, “That’s just part of the master’s plan. Through that, we can bring them into the fold... In Xiaolin’s heart, there’s only the master...”

“Heh...” The voice chuckled softly, then continued, “Why did you send Lei Jiangyong to kill Chu Ge? What’s your reasoning?”
