Chapter 73 - Uninvited Guest

The party was really fruitful for Ruhan. He was finally able to convince Tuli to co-operate with him.

Moreover, unknowingly Lisa had fallen into a deep trouble.  He was really looking forward to how she would handle it.

After achieving his purpose,  Ruhan became impatient.  He didn't want to stay with Tuli anymore.  So he found an excuse and hurriedly to Lisa's side to annoy her.

But to his disappointment,  she was nowhere to be found.

The top employees,  shareholders attended the party with their families. But the meeting would be attended by the employees only. As Ruhan saw everyone was missing from the party, he guessed that the meeting must have started already.

He was somewhat disappointed. He missed the chance to annoy Lisa.

He was also quite angry. He was the eldest son of Mr. Ahmed. How could he start such an important meeting without him!!! Did he really not want him to inherit the company anymore!!!

'Never mind' Ruhan mumbled, 'All of them will face the consequence of underestimating me.'

Ruhan didn't want to miss the show. So he hurried to the meeting room.

The assistants, secretaries and security weren't allowed inside. So they were waiting outside. They were chatting themselves. Some tried to build up their connections for the betterment of their future. Tuli was also supposed to be here. But as she messed up, Lisa banished her from this area.

Some of the employees recognised Ruhan and greeted him. When the security saw the he intended to enter into the room, they hesitated. He wasn't supposed to attend the meeting..but who had the guts to forbid Mr. Ahmed's son from entering the room?

He shamelessly invited himself into the official meeting.

Inside, Mr. Ahmed was giving introductory speech.

As the room was dark he had trouble to find Lisa. She was sitting near the projector and working on her laptop attentively. She even frowned sometimes...looking very tensed.

'Are you trying to make a new presentation wifey?' Ruhan smirked. He then took a vacant seat.

After Mr. Ahmed gave his speech, Lisa stood up and introduced herself. It was then Ruhan could see her clearly.

When he saw her appearance, he frowned. He could remember clearly that Lisa was dressed very plainly. He didn't give her any time to dress up beautifully.

But now...she was wearing a black sari..and she seemed to have put on some make up. Her make up was really natural. Her brown eyes made sharp contrast with her black outfit.

Moreover, her black sari made her look fairer too. She looked even more beautiful and attractive in this outfit than her wedding dress.

For a moment, Ruhan was at a daze. Was this girl really his wife?

Another thought struck him. When did she have time to change her dress and put make up? He thought that she was busy with her presentation!

Wasn't she supposed to be worried to death by now?

How did she have the energy to dress up like this!!!

'Shameless' Ruhan cursed inwardly, 'She must be trying to distract everyone with her looks now that she screwed up.'

Deep inside he knew that his assumption was ridiculous. But he couldn't help but curse Lisa.

Not seeing her anxious face made him feel uneasy.

Seeing her calm and collected like this made him feel jealous.

Her whole body was radiating confidence that made her exceptionally attractive...which made him very angry.

'Let's see if you will still have the mood to dress up like this in front of others after I have done with you!!!' Ruhan mumbled to himself.
